guy with arabic accent and poor english says he is from dish network (which we are a customer of) and says we need to upgrade our system because we are analog and need to switch to digital.  The first call came yesterday as a private call with no number on caller id.  I asked for the guy's name and phone number, and he read the phone number to me as xxx-xx-xxxxx - obviously not normal.  He claimed to know my dish account number, credit card and expiration date.  Today's call I asked him to give me that info.  After the first call yesterday I called Dish network and they told me this was fraud - possibly pfishing.  So, today's call I called the guy on the carpet and said this is fraud.  I asked him for his name and phone number, then he was yelling back and forth with someone else in a foreign language that could ahve been arabic of farcy - then he hung up.
