Stephen Michael Luedders is a convicted child molester who also has a self admitted addiction to smoking/snorting meth. This child predator is only a hop, skip and a jump away from being arrested. He needs to be taken off the streets before he hurts more innocent children!!!

Please keep all of us posted dearl. Most of us have exhausted our legal options with Stephen Luedders. I hope that you and others are more successful in your cases. He does read this board every day. There are folks posting regularly on gun swap sites saying he's taken advantage of them in fraudulent gun trades, and outright theft of people's firearms. His scams started out with motorcycles, then cars, then jewelry, now he is onto firearms. If only one of the two felony indictments would have resulted in a conviction, he would not be allowed to posess a firearm of any kind, period. His day is coming!

He pulled all his stuff from his storage on 2/2014 and put his trailor in his backyard there at dover drive.

I can't say much about  all of this for I am sure he looks at these pages.
I will say his list of victims have increased and he will be brought to justice soon .

I have some new info on Steven Michael Luedders it seems he has been buying a lot of firearms from Cabela's for a few years now however it is not through the Allen store anymore for the reason the police was called on him by the management in Allen. This report is public record which can be acquired by anyone at the records dept with the Allen police dept however there was no charges filled. The person for whom provided this information happens to know a lot about his buying habits and is going to provide more details in depth with a very large amount of documentation for my records as I pursue his assets. I do also know for a fact that Steven Michael Luedders has been shipping a lot of firearms in from out of state Cabela's stores to their Fort Worth store. I also know he has been buying firearms at Gun Gear To Go in Plano.The price of the firearms he is buying range from $1000 to $2000 on most of his transactions. I think these type of assets are well worth going after to settle the judgement against Steven Michael Luedders. I will update as more facts come to surface..

The basic sentence structure in each of those post was different. It was not the same person.

If one pretends to be different people, one is trying to game the system, and hence cannot be trusted, All messages from that user are removed in this case.

3 pages were deleted from this forum. I don't know how Luedders manages this, I can't think of any other reason posts that are indeed to help others are being deleted. I hate to tell you this, but you have come into contact with one of the most horrible human beings to ever be born to this earth. Stephen Michael Luedders is a hardened thief and a relentless scam artist. He has spent at least the past 5 years preying on people that are in a hard place, and taking them for what he can for his own comfort and gain. I'm sure you have read through this entire 34 page history. Luedders has nothing to lose & he knows just how to keep his offenses right on the boarder of criminal and civil.

He has been known to answer ads of people needing desperately to get out from under a car note due to personal hardships. He then makes a down payment, and takes the vehicle. After short time, he then "leases" said vehicle to a third party and stops making payments to the original owner. One such victim was a single mother going through a divorce. She needed to get out from under the Corvette she owned & Luedders found her and played her. She had no financial means to fight him and was forced into financial ruin. It's hard to believe this is one of many cases he is responsible for. He also scammed a man out of over $12,000 in a fraudulent sale of 2 all-terrain vehicles. He did this from the very showroom floor of the dealership he worked in. This one got him indicted on felony charges for theft. He wound up scamming others to make restitution to the man with the ATVs, and was brought up a SECOND TIME on felony charges for that & somehow was found not guilty. His 9 lives have got to be close to running out.

Dearl, there are lots of us that have been taken by this guy, I'm talking tens of thousands of dollars! And that's just those of us who have found this website and keep the truth and public awareness alive. Michael Luedders doesn't just stop at people he meets through fake businesses and scams. He has been sued by friends that he has ripped off. His own mother is a victim too. She suffered a stroke several years ago, and Luedders obtained access to her apartment and took everything she owned. What a son!

Chances are dearl, he thinks he has found some weakness with you, and that's why he ripped you off. Do you have some some of receipt that proves your gun belongs to you? Is it registered? Is it a legal firearm? Chances are he believes that due to some lack of paperwork or technicality you may not be able to prove ownership or press charges on him for the theft because something can't be proven. What he did was collect payment from you, then turned around and sold the same weapon to someone else collecting two sales with one gun. He's done this type of thing before, you can read about it in previous posts on here. If there is any way you can prove you own that gun, then you need to go to the police right now. I get so irritated that he dodged a felony conviction for that ATV scam by settling with the victim and bargaining the charge down to a misdemeanor. If he had a felony conviction, he would not be allowed to be in possession of any firearm period! I hope you will move forward and report your case, for the sake of those who have been and have yet to be taken to the cleaners by this guy! I wish you all of the success I never had with the justice system my friend!

He sold me a gun and said he would have it engraved and nickle plated for me . sad to say that was the last i saw of my gun .
After he completed the refinishing of my colt snub python he sold it out from under me to a dr. In lucas tx .

I drove be this house today. It's a nondescript tract home on a nondescript street. Couldn't even tell if this house is occupied or not. No cars in front to obtain license plate info on. Yeah, Luedders really won allright. Anyone who Google's his name from now on and into the foreseeable future will second guess every thing he does or says. Women will question his child molestation charges. Potential friends and employers will question his ethics and moral compass. Luedders has had to pay for lawyers (yea, he's really winning). When his cash runs out and schemes expire; when he attempts to run a new scheme people will Google his name and guess what they're going to find??? 3 pages of mugshots, thievery, crimes and scams. This will follow him FOREVER. Not until a few year, no. It will be a lifetime of a cloud hanging over him. He'll have to explain this to people every time he gets close to them. Women with children will not trust him around their kids. People will not trust him around their property.

The even more humorous thing about it, is that the guy acts like he won against everybody or something. When he literally is hiding out and trying to make sure no one finds him or locates him. That doesn't sound like a win to me lol. He's going to suffer the future much like that of George Zimmerman...spending the rest of his life running from bill collectors, judgements, people, constables and court notices. Yeah thats what I thought is that he was involved in a scam involving cars... (brockway). I didn't however know the fbi was looking into him for the car leasing. Steve is one of the masterminds behind the car leasing scams, and was very much tied in with others involving leasing vehicles and ripping people off. Hes also involved in some other things I would like to have spoken to sally or NN about, but they have yet to surface back up.
