Please file a complaint with the FCC it is a felony to use spoofing as this company does. Plano, TX as the caller id is spoofing. A felony as of Dec 2012. I owe these poeople nothing but since they are a collection agency I can do nothing but sue them and file a complaint for them spoofing.

Got a call from this num., no message, also let voice mail handle, caller ID shows from Plano TX.

They keep calling me - how do I put them on the Do Not Call list?

These people are annoying,don,t know who they are, and want the calls to stop.

They just keep calling and calling 3-4 times a day, told them they had the wrong number, but that doesnt stop them from calling.......

I received 3 calls from this company - they used several different numbers to call from so blocking them is difficult. They were asking for James Dixon- I am not James nor do I know James and I have ha this number for 9 years. They said theta remove my number.....let's just see if they do. They'll regret it if they don't.

These mofos are super annoying! They call my phone constantly, 6 days a week, starting around 8 or 9 am and they don't let up until 8 or 9 pm! The only day these vultures don't bug me is Sunday! I have told them over & over that nobody by that name lives here but they still continue to call. They call from all different numbers so I don't even answer my phone anymore unless I actually know the person calling! Seriously thinking about changing my number...

called numerous times, i happened to be here the last time they called and answered it. They asked for ym 14 yr old daughter. i told the pervert and am going to report him to authories

Never ever admit to owing a debt to them. Make them send you a letter which they are required by law to do, FDCPA. They have to send a letter within so many days after first contacting you. You then have 30 days to dispute and ask for Validation of the debt, also ask for them to prove in the letter they have the right to collect. Validation is almost impossible for them to prove. You never signed a contract with them and can they produce a signed contract where they can prove is your signature. If they keep calling and never sent a letter they are in violation of Federal, and possible state law. $1000.00 for Federal and whatever your state allows. Talk to a consumer Attorney in your area.

I have received 6 calls from this collection agency. I don't dispute the debt I owe and have told the rep. on the line that I'm out of work, have unemployment income only and that as soon as I start working that I will pay the debt. but they continue to call and that today I told them that they are wasting their time and mine and they rudely hung up on me.

Called our office at 11:56 AM -- hung up before navigating our IVR. Caller ID only listed the phone number.

They called more times than I care to remember, but I decided to call them back.  Turns out they had a wrong number and were looking for another party.  My number has been removed from the system and I haven't seen any more routine calls come in.

I received a call from 469814-8795 and my number is not listed at all how do you stop these calls?  I did do the now call list but I believe if you do that more people can get your number.

These people keep calling asking for someone who never lived at this phone number.  They call often and do not respond when I tell them this person never was at this number, I don't know where he is and they should stop calling it.  Please help me get this to stop.  Very annoying.
I believe they are a debt collector.

They called my number asking for someone who I've never met.  I followed their prompts to get my number removed listening to..."We're sorry for any inconvenience, we'd like to update our records.  Please hold while transfer you to our next representative."  21 minutes later my phone battery died.  This was after I had already removed my number several days ago on their automated system.

Southwest Credit Systems called and left a message regarding a very important business matter.
