Do not ever call back these numbers. Always look up area code first.  This is a Caribbean number and you can be billed a $19.95 international call rate + $9 per minute.

Received a call from 473-520-9780, it rang twice and hung up. I called it back and got what sounded like porn. About 30 minutes later I received a call from 01137091091134 2 rings only. This was the start of several calls from various numbers that ring 2 times only. 6644120061 - 7247413500 - 2468599015 - 7672359474 - 4734050089 -

On my cell phone, at 7:20a.m., I received one ring from 473-520-9780.  I did not answer, nor did I call back.  Local law enforcement, through internet news, advised that this is a scam from an area code in Granada.  
News reports as far back as 2002 say answering or returning the call can lead to thousands of dollars in cellphone fees.
473-520-9774 was listed as another scam number where the caller claims to be in distress.

This number called me at 3:47am my time and my girlfriend at 5:12am.  I'm glad I had my phone on silence but that's highly annoying....

Un wanted calls in the middle of the night.

I got the same call like everyone else, 4 in the morning, hang up, I called back, moaning & groaning, disgusting. Probably a scam, I hope I don't get charged anything additional.

This call is possibly fraud.  I know no one in Grenada, they called me very early morning.

I just received a call from the same number. I am confused as to why I did not hear phone ring. Interestingly, phone call came in at 3;30 am which is the same time I was expecting a call from an airport shuttle service. Made me wonder if there was a connection.

Call this morning at 4:30AM!!  Unfortunately called back this morning and couldn't tell what it was but it certainly didn't sound good...   thankfully Verizon was awesome about it!!!

It's 2am and my husband received a call from this number. 1 minute later, I received a call from the same number! They must have a phone list from verizon wireless, because how else would we both get calls one right after the other! Luckily I googled the area code and at first it came back as Mexico. But when they called me it said Grenada! I know Grenada is in the Caribbean so I googled the number and found this thread.  I hope the scammer chokes on a fat ****! Stupid lowlife loser! So glad I didn't call back

Got a call at 12:55 AM!!!  ID says it's from somewhere in Grenada

Both my wife and I got calls from this number at around 4 am. Phone rang once, then stopped. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't call back. After reading these comments, I'm glad I didn't call.

When I try to call back, my phone tells me I dont have enough time (on an unlimited plan) to complete the call.

Received a call from exactly the same number at midnight - I did try calling it back, especially when your sound a sleep and have teenagers who are out with their friends.  Good thing my job blocks certain area codes dialing out from work cell phones.

phone rang once @3:43am then husband's phone @4:54am rang once...both are Verizon cells

called at 3 am, left no message.

Just got that call at 5:00am Very sad people have nothing better to do!!! At that time of morning the first thing that comes to mind something is wrong with a family member  or friend..
