Collection agency in Macon GA. Summer is very rude!!!

Just dealt with Summer and informed her that she was very unprofessional.  She hung up on my husband and would have hung up on me if I didn't do it first.  Amazing how good people can't find a job and jerks like this can.  She needs to find another line of business that does not deal with the public.

collection agency in Macon GA.  Asked who I was when I asked who she was.  I said you called me so she gave me her first name and said she couldn't leave a message and did I have another number for this person.

This lady called my office wanting to know what my office was - when I stated it was a office she said "Thank you".  I asked her who was calling and she hung up on me.

I've had a similar experience with this woman.  She calls, leaves a voicemail and doesn't say what company she's with or what she's calling about.  She just states her name, Summer Phillips, and asks me to call her back.  One time I was able to answer when she called, and she was extremely rude and short with me.  I understand that collections is her job, but more flies with honey and all that.  I'm more inclined to be cooperative if you're willing to work with me a little.  Times are tight all around.

Got a phone call from this number, asking for my husband.  I stated he wasn't available at the time but I could leave a message for him.  She stated he could call her back at 478-750-0755, ext 228 and was ready to hang up, when I asked, "And what is YOUR name?" to which she replied, "Summer" and I asked, "And what is this in reference to?"  She said, "It's a personal business matter."  Um, you're calling my home.  Since you can't be any more specific to the wife, your message probably isn't going to make it to the recipient in its entirety.  Way to try and be secretive.  I am curious where this number is from though...  I've never had someone be so vague to me.  Very odd.
