Same lady from Magazine Update calls almost 10 times a day, no kidding. We stopped picking up the phone. Now she is calling from S& R Media (per caller id), both companies have the same number. She wants to "do an article" on our business. Though I have transferred her to the Marketing Director, whose office is next to mine, she immediately hangs up on him. The next day it all starts over again. I believe her name is Michelle.

Received two calls from 480 269-7982 on 1-4-14. Both times no one spoke but they didn't  hang up right away either. I would call them back but don't want to engage them in conversation. If this continues I'll file a complaint.

Have received numerous phone calls in the past two weeks.  Our caller I.D. says "Magazine Update."  They start by asking your name and position and want to update mailing information, etc.  When we won't give our complete names they become pushy.  

Said she was calling from Pollution Engineering Magazine.  Would not leave a message, insisting she needed to talk to the boss or supervisor.  Said she'll call back

called my work land line, did not recognize number, did not answer
