Keep getting a call from this number with no message and no reverse look up

Several days ago I had 18 calls from this number in one day... I have the advantage of not using this cell phone that much, so I just leave the ringer off. I have now 12 calls that I need to delete of this same number. I have "never" returned their calls, and never will...

I have been getting calls from this number for months.. iam on the  do not call list and have complained and nothing changed.. i have contacted my phone service and have blocked the number..call your cell provider and block this number.....

Constantly calls and never says anything.

To all concerned: Yesterday I received two or three calls from this number, and today 2/23/09, I just looked and I have five, and it's only 5;30; so good chance I may receive some more. I have the luxury to leave the ringer off. So, consequently I can just delete the clown's number whenever I like. I have been getting more and more strange call numbers, and I'm on the no-call list.

My suggestion to everyone if at all possible, is to not respond to this or any other calls that you do not recognize.

I get this call several times a day!! I am on the do not call list and it is not working I have made several complaints with them and NOTHING!!!

OK, I feel for everyone...for these idiots that are abusing the phone systems by any means are actually morons with nothing better to do I guess....I did a search and this idiots phone number is located in Phoenix, AZ on North 7th Avenue.....best thing every one can do is call the DO NOT CALL registry, and if they call again, the FEDS become involved because this is a federally funded protection for WE THE PEOPLE.....best thing they could have done....it becomes a crime if you continue to get calls from anyone that is placed on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY....trust me they will find out who is calling.....best of a new year to everyone.........

Keeps calling and it is a recording saying I can't hear you, I can't hear you, it must be my phone hold one sec.

My whole family has been getting these calls all asking for other family members by name and then wont give any details. One even told a family member that "They better start awnsering their phone".
Who the hell are these people?

I recieved a call from this number today..said he couldnt hear me and would call back but never did. Called the other day and asked  my boyfriend for me by name ..when asked if there was a message he said no and hung up..whats this all about?

I dialed back the number this last time, at 1834 EST today, and reached some organization calling itself, "Youfoundhelp," and spoke to some twenty something kid identifying himself as "Jarvis.? When I asked to speak to a supervisor he stated that he was a supervisor, which is why he was taking an inbound call.

He was utterly disinterested (apparently) in what had occurred on previous calls and instead was bent on justifying their calls regardless the fact that the callers never identified themselves, their organization or even their purpose in calling. Any one of which is a clear violation of FCC regulations, something I know full well from my own experience in that field.

I would strongly urge all concerned parties to contact the FCC with a log of all calls to their respective phone numbers and file a complaint. I would also suggest contacting the company and filing a complaint. I can assure you that they will likely attempt to dissuade you from filing a complaint with any government agencies, assuring you that they will take care of it in-house.

I can also assure you that the odds are that the complaint will likely be "lost."
