Yep, it's a debt collector.  They called about a CheckSmart account that had been taken care of in my bankruptcy in 2011.  The lady was nice, apologized for the phone calls, and said she would notate it in my file.

This number has also been calling. It used to be, just last week once a day. They are now up to 10x a day. I finally accepted a phone call from them, and stayed silent on the phone- never once said Hello, or anything. Glass Castle or Glass Mountain, Huh? Interesting.

These people called twice did not leave message the first time, second time I answered some women named Tabitha she said my name wrong for a guy and I am a gall. She said she was calling from Glass Castle and started saying my address said can you verify it. I said where are you calling from again and how can I help you then she hung up. I am able to check who owns certain phone numbers at my employers and when I checked it earlier today the number was not registered to anyone. Strange if it is a legit business it should come up right?

I received a call on my cell and my desk phone at work. The caller did not leave a voice mail on my desk phone. The caller left a voice mail on my cell phone.  The caller said his name was Justin and was calling from Strategic Financial Group and advised me I needed to join a conference call next Wednesday to discuss early retirement option for my employer. My employer does not operate this way and I would like these calls to stop..

They called me today asking for my mother, who has never had this phone number, trying  to collect a debt that's over 10 years old.  We reported them, not sure if it will do any good.  Its interesting that they called me, her son, when she and I do not share the same last name and have never shared a phone number.  They're attempting to milk a dry cow.

This number JUST called me asking for my ex-husband.  I said he doesn't live here..who is this?  She said you don't need to know if you're not him.  I said you're calling my phone and I am his ex-wife. She hung up.  IDIOT!  You call me and I don't have the right to know who you are THEN you hang up on me.  Great start to my morning.

Block the number! Its a debt collector or scam! Don't ever make payments over the phone! If it is a true debt collector, they will send you a bill in the mail. Responding to their threats and harrassment is a waste of your life and time. They want to scare you, don't give those losers the satisfaction. They need to get a real job! what they are doing is ILLEGAL AND WRONG!!!

This is glass mountain capital. They called me and asked for someone, not verifying who was on the phone, started quoting off someone's SSN# to me.  I got irate and demanded to speak to a manager, the girl was very scaired and put me on mute. A manager got on the phone and tried to be assertive with me and I scaired the crap out of him by telling him that by law you aren't allowed to quote personal information off to a stranger that has not been identified yet.
