We've been getting about 3 calls a week for the last month or so.  Caller ID shows SLG Sales. Told the woman to never call again, but it keeps happening - woke us up a couple of times.

i got so many calls from this number i stopped counting i asked to speak with some one in charge in 15 calls in less then an hour and a half i talked to 3 so called people in charge the floor manager his name was alex and a jack pertson and a john fernadeze. its a scam i called the local pg from the 480 area code number they pretty much said nothing could be done so im calling my local goverment reps because it seems after i looked this slg sales up its one massive scam and they need to be stopped. so if everyone who left a message onhere would call their own reps maybe this place can get closed down and they will do jail time like they should be just for being a pain in the butt. i got 21 calls in one day

I believe this is a phishing program that generates and randomly calls phone numbers and when you return the call the computer system automatically records your ph# as active and either forwards your number to some prankster, scam artist, or initiates a cycle of a series of random calls by the system.

Rec'd phone call on cell ph on Saturday @ 8:28 am, which lasted 5 seconds with no response.  I set my phone to recieve calls only from contact list only to remedy problem on Verizon network.

My caller ID has this # as SLG Sales. All of this talk re suing them & harassment is futile. I contacted our states Attorney Generals office & found NOTHING can be done. Firstly, where is the damage? Your annoyance- PLEASE. These people are hard to ID or pin down. Often the calls are gen'd from foreign points causing a jurisdictional problem. These people do tons of calls in the hopes of finding one sucker. Don't answer these #'s & thank God for caller ID.

I just recently got a new phone number and I immediately began receiving messages on my answering service that were only a fast busy signal.  I got so fed up that I blocked the call.  Then I got calls from 480-543-1219 and I blocked that one too. Each time I blocked the calls they came back on another phone number which included 480-543-1288, 480-543-1316, 480-543-1317.  So don't think you can block them because they must have a million phone numbers to call from and it appears that when you block one the next sequence phone number will call you.  Everyday I keep getting the calls and I keep blocking them.  It never ends.  Im way passed the point of being annoyed.

Save the number as a contact and assign a silent ring for them. Never hear from them again.  I get calls and now at least I don't have to hear it.

Dude with foreign accent calls and gets angry when you tell them NOT to call back.  I've told these idiots TWICE not to call my home and they continue to do so...I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

got another from this number. I think this is the fourth call. Who ever is on the other end has really bad timing because it is always when I can't answer. call came in at 5:09 on 1/09/08

i get random phone calls from this number. i've answered once and the guy asked to speak to my mother (i have a cell and no longer live at home). he hung up after i told him that.

Like most of you I have been getting 10+ calls a day from this number, whenever I answer there is dead sound on the other end, I have even put the phone one speaker and left it on hoping eventually there would be a pick up from the computer- nothing. For the first time in in several weeks I got a phone call from this number and there was someone actually on the other end. I insisted that he take me off of the list... not even an hour later- guess what number called me again. Uggghhh! I called the number back, it said please hold for customer service and after about 10 mins on hold it kicked me into a voice mail system saying to leave a name and number for the do not call list. I left a nasty message - we will see if this works. Did any one figure out how to file a complaint against these people?

this f***ing number calls my house everyday at least twice a day and asks for some women who doesnt live here and i have a newborn baby and when i ask them never to call that its the wrong place they hang up on me and it always sounds like an asian man or hindu woman! i called back today and was sent to a mail box to be put on a do not call list and i screamed in the machine. anyone finds out who they are contact me i will gladly press charges with you

i too received multiple calls a day from this number....please make it stop

I recieved a call tonight from 480-543-1187 saying I won $25 walmart card and $50 gas card. Because I am a valid master card or visa credit card holder the caller wanted my experation dates. when i refused he asked for my ID number to the cards. i refused again. I argued with him for 22 minutes. about fraud. he hung up and called back. as his boss. stating i would get both in 5 to 7 buisness days. i called back, was put on hold, then told to leave a message on answering machine.

I have already spoken to these people and explicitly asked them never to call me back and I still see their number on my caller ID several times a day. Do not give them personal information because they are trying to exploit you.

these people need to quite calling me! i don't know who they are, but to find out there are other people just as irritated is somewhat disturbing....what if we all call them repeatedly throughout the days and overload their circuits and voicemails....

these people call me about twice a day and they never say anything. its really starting to piss me off.

Got 3 calls from this number over 2 days.  Finally answered on the third.  Guy with a strong Indian accent proceeds to ask me about my day and tell me my phone #'s been picked to receive a $25 Walmart card and a $35 gas card.  Tries to verify an old address of mine and then starts asking about my credit card usage - types of cards, where I use them, etc.  I gave up on him at that point.  Last call was on 1/9/2008 - Wednesday - 1446.

got the call today and similar numbers recently. This is sprint customer service. The woman who answered told me her name. I told her that if I get any more calls like this that I would call her every day seven times a day and harass her the way I'm being harrassed. She asked for my number and removed me from their list.

they were trying to offer me gift cards to walmart and target. they wanted info regarding my credit cards! i dont think so.

Since this guy has had the nerve to use profanity and keeps changing his "company names," do you actually think it's telemarketing and not some bum trying to scam people? (he obviously is trying).

I got this call several times aswell and when I'd answer no one was there and the call would end. Finally today 01/07/2008 I answer and this non american with horrible not very clear accent answers and talks fast talking of being with Shopping essentials and how I'd won a free 25 dollar prepaid gas card and a walmart shopping card and to recieve these I just needed to verify my Address and give a creditcard # to be charged 1 dollar $1.00 for S&H. The guy said his name was Sam Veterson. and gave me this number to call to cancel or order the service 1-888-243-6180 which is the number for shopping essentials so I did give them my number and cooperated. but after the third transfer i got annoyed and demanded a website. the woman said hold on an played this ridiculous spanish music for a bit then came back and said it was under construction. I found that wierd. But what really annoyed me was the machine went on for another offer and talking pretty fast. Isaid no and the caller came back on to wonder why I refused. I told her I only wanted the first offer and said I'd hang up if i heard anything further of additional offers. She instead hung up on me so I was pissed and was redy to report but I get a call back from the first person that made the call asking why there was a problem. I told him "Yeah the problem was she hung up on ME! Forget it I'm no longer interested in any of it. I take back my authorization. If I see any charges for even one dollar on my statement I'll get my lawyers and come down hard on you!" He said okay I'm wasting my time then goodbye. -Callends- Me worried I look up the number he gave me and find this. Int he process of calling my card company and making sure noone else can use the card.

When I would call them back from my cell it would tell me network busy everytime. So I decided to try an experiement so I called this number from my landline and it got thru ringing and a guy answered. I talked with a disguised voice asking what this number was cause it was on my caller id. He starts saying well you have been selected to recieve a free T-mobile service. I drop my voice and say hmm interesting. Do you know anything about Shopping Essentials? He denied it and said I must have the wrong number cause he was T-moblie services. I told him no I called the right number cause I had gotten the call about essentials but I used a different phone and get you now. He said they were a promotional company and denied having a shopping Eessentials section and kept insisting I had the wrong number. He gave me the "number" I was calling 1742206735. I'm watching you and you better not be a scam or your in trouble. I hang up and try the number curious where it takes me but it couldn't be completed as dialed so he gave me random numbers I guess. Anyways I try calling back on the land line and it just hangs up now so it's been blocked. I'm not happy. Be very careful I don't know what their plan is but I will keep you posted if they try anything with my card number.

Started receiving these calls in December.  They always hang up.  I called them back from a cell phone so my number would not show up.  They answered and I talked to a foreign guy.  He would not say who the Company was.  I told him to take my number off his call list.  I doubt if it will work after reading comments from others on this site. They also use 480-543-1323 and 480-543-1189

This stupid number and whoever or whatever keeps calling me.  It is so frustrating becuase I have already blocked it once.  That seemed to stop it for about a month.
