I get 4-5 calls a day to my cell phone from this number. Disconnects when I answer and when I call it back, "this number is no longer in service." I have it blocked now but very irritating.

Yep, its the AZ republic newspaper. They call over and over throughout the year. If you ask them to remove you from the call list they will transfer your call to an automated service that will remove it. So far I haven't received any calls from them since and I hope I don't! *crosses fingers*
