Solar Bear is correct. The "Do Not Call" list is in general, rarely, if ever enforced. The complaint web site is to make you feel better that you have some control over the situation. The FCC has little or no interest in small companies like Solar Bear. It costs them to research and go after complaints; therefore, they don't bother with these small complaints. The FCC makes their money off of the big transgressors and politically motivated investigations.

Got a call, said hello twice, silence on the other end....so I hung up.
But if they do call back and have the courage to speak, I will be sure to ask if they know Jesus as their Saviour, and give them the plan of salvation. Probably just what they want to hear.

They keep calling. I answer. No one at other end. I shall remember their name and make sure I do no business. I will check address and not just phone number.

I have told them 3-4 times to put me on their Do Not Call list. They do not. When I bring up reporting them- instantly they hang up. They do not leave opportunity for me to go up the chain of command. Well, they are reported... I hope they get the $11,000 fine.

Want to sell an A/C unit under the guise of a "survey". Complain to the do not call list. Surveys should be included reasons to NOT call.

These people will not stop calling and harassing me. I have asked to be removed from their list and they called be a swear word and hung up on me. Their online presence is horrific, they obviously do a lot more damage with their telemarketing than they do good with their service. They have no respect for consumers, do not do business with these crooks.

I called back and got a rep, then demanded they remove my number, and next time I'm reporting them. The original call - they hung up when I answered.
