Repeated fax  phone calls from 502-405-8021

We have been getting calls also, which are faxes

Receiving calls late at night when one needs to sleep and during the day.  Why can't some one stop this ?  Eithor the police or the phone company needs to do something.  I have received calls from 4  numbers from the same area in the last 24 hours.  They are from:
502 722 9148
502 405 8021
502 405 7035
502 405 8022

What is the number for humana, everone should call them and complain

I'd like you to share with you that we have had (some) success (time will tell) regarding getting Humana to both acknowledge and address the issue of incredibly annoying, multiple calls to a *CANADIAN* phone over the period of months.

After attempting to contact the company directly, we resorted to contacting the Better Business Bureau of Louisville (Complaint Department you may reach us by Phone: (502)583-6546 or by Fax: (502)589-9940 ) to register a complaint.  Before you begin thinking that this was an empty gesture, let me assure you that the BBB has more influence than you may believe.  I have used it in another situation when a company was unresponsive to my direct contact? and it was very effective then as well.

?? I am representing a business associate who is having this difficulty. They would prefer I handle all associated issues. The company is issuing phone calls (likely fax based) at all hours of the day and night. Since there is no communication when the call is answered (only fax connection tones), the nature of the call cannot be determined. Humana has been contacted 3 times in the past and the company representative has positively identified the offending phone numbers (see below) as sourced by Humana Inc. and ensured the individual I am representing that the problem would be resolved. Since this issue began 4 months ago, the phone calls continue to occur. The calling numbers are all from area code 502: 722-9148, 405-8022, 405-8021 and 405-7035 Using any one of those numbers in a Google search will reveal NUMEROUS other complaints regarding such harassing and potentially threatening calls. The number being harassed is: (705) 458-0610 On the advice of BBB, I will also be initiating a complaint with the Attorney General's office  ??

Humana has an ?A+? rating with the BBB and I discovered that such companies consider this to be a very significant asset.

The phone calls (which seem to have cycles) had started again but quickly stopped within a few days of when the BBB had anticipated it would be able to contact Humana.  Then, on June 26, Humana issued a personal letter to the person actually receiving the calls.  The letter stated that the calls were indeed the result of a clerical error in issuing faxes and had been corrected. And other blah, blah, blah apologies, etc.

Time will indeed tell if this is a lasting solution but it at least shows the company taking acknowledging, ownership of the issue and dealing with it? most importantly? IN WRITING!

I would greatly encourage you to spend just a bit of time to duplicate our effort and approach and contact the BBB on your own.  I intend to deliver this message to many of the NUMEROUS others who have experienced this ridiculously annoying and frustrating issue.  With enough complaints, Humana will have to SERIOUSLY review its faxing policy and technique.

I posted to their Timeline on FB...no one has contacted me...lol....but then, they close at 8:00 pm....the faxes continue, but they are closed!   They have more than one number also.

These calls are coming from Humana Mail Order Prescriptions in KY....says Simpsonville, but I believe they are in Louisville...here is the number to their corporate office...

But be advised they close at 8:00 pm...there are no other numbers to contact them through...they have called our home without a fax, from 502-405-7035 and 502-722-9148...(meaning our home has NO FAX)...I can only hope to get through to them tomorrow!  I have placed a complaint on their Facebook Timeline, and may also do Twitter to get someone's attention!

I get repeated calls from this number all night.  It seems to be a fax number.  Today they starting calling at 3:00 AM and kept calling until 9:00.  How can I make this stop???

Called 3 times in approx 15 minutes.  Not the first experience. No answer when you call back.
Called at about 1:30 pm.

Quit calling my phone.

This is Humana healthcare. Post a comment on their facebook page and they will contact you to reportit and the calls will stop.  That is what I had to do

Someone continues to call our clinic number at the Department of veteran's affairs

keep gettin that #, on display it just says Kentuckey, and I get a beep, 6  am, over and over...

I have been getting random calls from this number for 8 HOURS!!
Who is this and why do I keep getting these calls. I have gotten 35 calls in the past 8 hours.

HUMANA IS THE COMPANY. I'VE CALLED THEM THREE TIMES TODAY.

i have been getting these calls every couple weeks at all hours from these 2 numbers.  Criminal.  They are from Humana and I have talked to them.  They know of the problem and are working on it.

Has anyone been able to trace WHO is calling.

We have been getting phone calls all during the day from this number for awhile now. When we answer the phone, it sends a fax noise.  Hang up and it calls back again.  The caller ID shows Humana as the caller....also another phone number with a similar area code 502 405 7035 has been calling too. The caller ID shows unknown caller.  What is going on with these calls?

I just got tons of calls and sent a fax to that number and it would not accept my fax how do we get rid of them.

I have received 3 calls (so far) from this number - to my cell phone !!   They seem to be trying to send a fax - at 11:30 PM, 4:17 AM and 8:19 AM -- whats up with that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Sooooooooooo annoying !When you call the number there is no answer....

Fax Machine keeps calling

calls come in early am when one is trying to sleep.  no one answers when i call them foul names. very annoying to say the least.

They "claim" they are from Humana Health?
The individual on the line is not co-herent...so I question the validity!

I got a call from this number (502-722-9148) this morning. I answered and a lady asked to speak to Veronica. I told her she had the wrong number. She called my number back to me. I told her that was correct but no Veronica here. She apologized and hung up.

The calls are coming in between 3:00 - 4:00 a.m. on my daughters cell phone.  When she hangs up they continue to call back, nothing but dead air on the other end.  I tried to trace the number as well and only came up with Simpsonville, KY.  I've even tried to call the number back and it rings for over 10 minutes and then goes busy.

I work for the US government and this number 1-502-722-9148 is coming in over a phone line as a fax between 0900-1100 CST repeatedly. I traced the number to Simpsonville, KY or Smithfield, KY. Please I would like to find any information available on this number so I can contact the individual or company responsible for these calls.
