I'm in NC and got this call at 4:10 eastern time. I didn't answer and figured it was just a wrong number, kind of glad I looked it up now. I hope they call back actually, I'll do the silly survey just to see what they -really- want (most likely a SSN or credit card number).
Also, @Me2, Could be wrong, but I don't think it's possible to get viruses directly from a phone call.

Just recovered a call from this number from both my personal and work cell phone within minutes of each other. Pick up one call and they hung up right away...didn't answer the other call and they left no message.
