keeps happening to me as well, only its on my cell and my landline.  Comes up West Linn on my caller ID.

I have gotten this number called to my business phone twice over the past 2 weeks.  It sounds like someone is waiting for someone to speak and then hanging up.  The first time I got the call, I waited about 15 seconds before speaking and when I finally said hello, the click occurred.  This time I said hello right away and then the click happened.

When I google this number it says it is coming from the State of Washington or Oregon.

Annoying!!!!!
