The number was the 503-802-4611

Just got a collect call from this number at 11:15am or so. Collect call and i didnt get to it in time but message on machine had a female voice and said my wifes name real fast.

Collect call from 503-802-4611...I have got this call apx 3 times a day in the last month...today alone i have got 6...I dont answer...but when i check my messages the only thing i can her is "come on take my call"??...the area code is a Portland area code and #...I dont know anyone there!
Is there a way to stop the calls....any help would be great...It does get annoying.

My mom received this as a collect call, however her phone does not accept collect calls.  Then this same number appeared at my work, I didn't get to it in time.  Then my cell phone rang and it was this same number 503-801-4611 it was a collect call the person on the other end was my daughter's voice.  The machine said if I wanted to accept the call to push 1, I did, then to accept the charge which would be added to my cell phone bill press 2, I did, then I received a text message stating that it was charging me $9.99, the caller hung up before I was able to speak to her.  I called the number on the text message and they would not tell me where the call originated from since I was a third party.  They were sure fast on billing my cell phone for the 9.99.  They said they would not be able to refund my money however, they would send me a calling card that I could use.  The number that I called to try to get some help was 1-866-252-7519.

Didnt receive the call on my mobile device,due to poor reception, however checked voice mail, and it had part of the message..."received a collect call, didnt state a name from who, and to accept $9.99, press 1", I tried to retu4B4rn the callers number, (503-802-4611), and it reported it to be a payphone unable to accept calls.  WEIRD.

Collect call from (silence) - you know this is fraud, called me several times in a row.

3am collect call from "scott"; thinking it an emergency involving my daughters, I accepted the call. A man's voice stated he thought he was calling his girlfriend. He apologized and stated he must have called the wrong number and denied knowing my daughters. He stated his car had broken down in NH. further more, I offered my help, asking this "scott" if there was someone he wanted me to call on his behalf as I felt bad for this 3am stranded in NH human being. He promptly hung up on me. The number he called me from was listed in OR, as a payphone; Yet the caller had stated he was "broken down in his car in NH". Now I am left wondering if this was just another daily torment of "spoof card" who my boyfriend denies subscribing even though I have seen the logo, on our home computer. Over the last few years I have been receiving calls from "disconnected" phone lines, as well as bizarre numbers like 666-666-6666, 888-888-8888, 123-456-7890, 000-000-0000 This sucks as the mystery continues.

This is a rip off.  I dialed 1800callatt from my home phone to call my husband collect.  He did not accept the charges because he saw my caller id as 503-802-4611! and not my home phone. Who does this?  How do we tell att about this fraud?

my mom got a call from this number, collect from my brother John. She accepted the call and talked to him.   This number showed up on her caller ID  When my mother tried to cal this number, she got the recording "yOU HAVE ACCEPTED A COLLECT CALL FROM THIS NUMBER.  tHIS JUST HAPPENED sUNDAY ocT 18 AT 1:15 PM.

My fiance got a cal from this number around 1 am leaving her a voicemail  telling her to "run now!"   Very creepy.

Called me at 12:25 AM on 1/2/10.  Didn't get to the phone fast enough to try and answer it.  When I seen the # in my caller-id.  Didn't recognize, so didn't call back.

I got a collect call from this number on 7/7/2010 that went to VMS but sounded like a prison collect call.  The caller ID showed the number to be from Portland, OR.    We do have a relative in jail but have calls to our home phone blocked.  I wonder if some jail calls are routed through an OR company?

GOT A CALL FROM 503-802-4611  I DID EXCEPT IT BECAUSE I NEEDED TO TALK TO MY GREAT GRANSONS DAD. BUT I GOT HIS NUMBER WHERE HE WAS STAYING AND HUNG UP AND CALLED HIM BACK ON MY OWN PHONE.  I AM GLAD I CALLED HIM I NEED TO KNOW THAT HE WAS OUT OF JAIL. I THINK IT IS A PAY PHONE. HE WAS IS L.V.

I got a call from this number, it was collect at 2:30 in the morning and some guy yelled that my daughter was in trouble. He said her name. I was panicked and drove to a bar my daughter sings at and then to her house. She was home in bed sleeping. I think the number may be from the prison up in Salem because they ask you to press one to accept a collect call. Does someone know it is a phone booth? I dont want to call and have my number on the caller id but Id like to know if its from the prison and Im going to be pissed if I get a $10 charge. I guess I shouldnt have accepted it but I thought it may be an emergency.

Got 3 calls from this number.  Had the messages on the answering machine when I got home, but it said no name.  Just said "to accept this call, press 1" then disconnected.  Caller ID said "collect call 503-802-4611"

Two calls was recieved in AL around 3:00 am. Message was "would you accept a collect call from (silence)? Press 1 for yes.

Received a collect call from this phone number at 10:06 pm on a Sunday evening. I didn't answer it. LOOKS like fraud to me!!!!

I got this call 3 times in a row last night.  I didn't answer.  The caller ID was collect call and there was no voice saying who was calling on the answering machine.  Glad I checked this site.

its a pay phone i belive i got a call form it and it was a collect call and it was my girl firend that hates me just to call to make me angery she sais she was on 45th ave and thomas in arizona

After 3 of these calls, before 7AM on a Sunday,to my cell phone (a number that I don't give out) I called it back and got an "operator" I asked who they were and she said "TELTRUST" (sp?) I asked where they were and she said she couldn't say, (perfect english) I said you can't say what state, she replied no just that we are "TELTRUST" I said what country? she replied no just our company name . . . . .
SMELLS LIKE FRAUD TO ME

I LIKE WISE GOT THE CALL FROM 503 802 4611 ON THE ANSWER MACHINE AT 12:46 PM AND I DETERMINED IT ORIGINATED IN PORTLAND OREGON FROM A UNPUPLISHED SOURCE.
THANKS TO THIS SITE, I NOW KNOW THIS CALLER IS A SCAMMER.

Got a call frm this number a collect call frm my x boyfriend i accepted it and it was him, after i hung up i got a text saying that the call was charged to my cell for 9.99  but were in california not oregan its a ripoff he did call me collect frm a pay phone but it  was a local payphone..be careful out there
