How do you get these people to stop calling?????  They constantly call my work making threats, my employer has told them they aren't allowed to call, etc  I've even told them that I don't work there anymore and others have too and they still call!  Getting very irritated!

Received a threatening phone call from this number saying that I am being sued.  They have the last foru digit of my social security number but can not provide me with any other information.

I received a call from 508-556-3270 stating that my SSN (they only gave the last 4 digits) was being investigated and legal action may be taken against me. When I called back they asked for a case number, which I of course did not have.  He then asked for my phone number and proceeded to ask me if I was sure that I had received a phone call since I was not in his database.  He then found me and proceeded to tell me he was an Investigation Officer from American Law Division and told me there was a case against my SSN and asked for my attorney's information.  I told him absolutely not and asked what this "case" was regarding.  He said it was in reference to a payday loan that had not been repaid and that it was going to be going to court at 11:00 am the next day by prosecuting attorney Jason O'Connor.  I told him that was incorrect information and I was reporting this number and his call as a scam and as harrassment.  I told him this information on this number is on the web as a scam and others are reporting it as well. He promptly hung up.

Ok these guys called me this morning and I confronted them saying I know they are a scam.  I told them to get their stories straight first you are from the dispute resolution department and then state criminal investigation dept and the federal investigation dept... get it straight and I am not going to give you any money so why do you keep calling me,... his reply "alright call you later BI***" and hung up.. WOW these guys are relentless DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!!!  EVER!!!!!!!

Company if u can call it that calls and says that a lawsuit has been made against me..ok so here is the funny thing when asked by who and for what they say its from everybody and for evrything. No company name was given to me and I told them they had to send me notified documentation to verify. Then they hung up. Go f urself you gimmicks!

Keep getting calls from this number saying that I owe money they will not provide me with any paperwork or thier address. And when I tell them unless they can send me some information or stop calling me they tell me to shout up. Which if this was a legal call they would be able to provide me with the info I request and not tell me to shout up
