recorded message from a Kelly Smith. Nothing further happens

I am on the do nott call and this people call me

I received a recording from this number asking for a person that does not live here, but since it was "supposedly" from the Oakland California Municipal Police Department (OKLD MN-PD CA) I picked up... but suspiciously, it was a recording, also had a heavy british accent, and wanted me (If I were the party they'd named) to punch #1 to be connected...so I hung up.  I presume it's another scam!

It was a recorded message stating she was Kelly Smith w/ a British accent.  I chose option "4" to say she had the wrong number, but the automated msg did have my previous name correct....

These folks have been calling me all week.  They asked me for my Social Security Number!  Who does that???  SCAM!!!  I'm calling the State Attorney General's Office.  You should too!

After more research this number comes up in two different ways. 1st is a verizon business land line in Oakland. The second is registered as a 24 hour mobil locksmith in oakland 619 Charlston ave. WTH be careful take a good look at your bank statements or credit cards for fraud.

This number called all day it picks up like a telemarket business says hold on someone will he with you shortly. Then goes to voice mail to Maurice Chambers. Then I called again and some one answered stating it thank you for calling Virgin out sourcing market then I said what type of business she replied what number called you I said its your number.she still asked me for what number. I repeated the 5102850419 to her and she said it was not in her system. So very strange and dangerous. I asked again what type of business this virgin is an she replied its a collection agency but then hung up. I called again minutes later sandal male answered. So be carefully.

Got a call from his #, but when answer no one on the other line, just machine talking hang up moment later.
