call and hang up.  when i call back their message is a british woman.  very annoying.  they call as late as 10 p.m.

They called me.  I didn't answer.  They called back ten minutes later and when I answered, I didn't hear anything.  Then I tried calling the number back and there is an answering machine with a woman with a british accent saying to leave a message at the beep as no one can answer your call right now.
It is obviously some sort of telemarketing

I answered a call from this unfamiliar number. After two or three seconds, a man with an unusual (Eastern European?) accent came on and asked for Keith. I asked what number he had dialed, and he gave me my correct number, which I've had for only one month. I said there is no Keith here, and then he said, "No, Steve. Steve Robbins." I again confirmed there is no such person. He apologized for calling the wrong number and then said goodbye.

This number called my cell phone 5 times in the span of 15 miunutes! When I called the number back it just rang and rang and rang.

its a debt settling company.  I'm guessing they're just making unsolicited phone calls.

This number called my cell 3 times in 6 minutes. My phone was on silence because I was in class. I called back because I didn't know who it was. The first 3 or 4 times, there was nothing and I was disconnected. The final time, I got a woman British accent voice mail message saying to leave a message. Very annoying now that I know it is some kind of probably scam telemarketing crap.

They just called asking for me by my maiden name - I've been married almost 4 years!  The guy had a middle eastern accent and said he was from a debt settling company.  I told him I'm on the "Do Not Call List" and don't have any debt.  Hopefully he won't call back.

This number has called me 9 times in the last two hours!  What is the story with these people!  I do not pick up calls that I do not recognize.

Got a call from an Indian (from India) sounding man saying them had recovered $599 for us. He just needed to voice verify some information so they could transfer the money into our bank. Scam artist.

My wife, deceased for almost a year, has received three calls over the past three days.  First call, my daughter answered...man told her there was fraud in the amount of $596.  She asked that he call back and talk to me.  Second call my mother answered.  Man thought she was my wife...he hung up.  This morning call came in...Woman with an East Indian accent...she would not talk to me.  I told her my wife was deceased...she expressed condolances and then hung up.  Had this been a legitimate situation, I think she would have talked to me....

I started receiving calls from this number a day ago. I answered it once an got nothing. I have received about 4-5 calls since in two days and am ignoring them. I have no idea who this is.

They keep calling me saying i am owed money from the IRS and they some how hve my old acct. # from a year ago. These people are very annoying.

510-931-5810 called several times. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/.
