Same thing here.  Just moved to area (Lakeway, TX) and had a card left at the door.  No knock and I was here.  Can't find anything about the company - Eclipse Distribution - on the web.

They left 2 notes on the door to call.  Today was a second attempt.  A young guy in a little red sport utility vehicle left it in between the door and the door frame.  He never attempted to knock or ring the door bell.  They really didn't miss me because I was here and they only wanted to leave the note for someone to call.    They clearly want you to call the number for a sales pitch.  We have just moved to this address.
