Nice Try MSB lowlife!

If you're being called on accident, apparently what the people on here have said is right.  They'll stop calling you if you ask them to.  Problem is, I did that because I didn't realize who it was that was calling me until I got a summons from Williamson County Prosecutor's office.  I actually owed a ton of toll charges and fees on a car i gave to my daughter...she was running the tolls in my name and not paying the bills :(

Not only did I have to pay the toll charge they sent me to court for (since I'm still the registered owner of the vehicle), I had to pay a large fine to the judge for being sent, and was instructed to call MSB and get put on a payment plan to pay what I owed, or I would be sent again until I owed no more.  My suggestion is you call them, and give them a chance to work with you.  Don't ignore them and think if they stop calling they'll go away.  One day I told them to stop calling, the next I was going to Court.

They keep calling my ten-year-old daughter's I-Touch, which only has very limited phone capabilities. I'm in Austin, so when I saw the 512 area code, thought I should check it out. Sounds totally illegitimate to me.

I got a call from these folks yesterday claiming I have a compounded toll from September of last year.This is BS.
They have called twice today and when I answer the phone, nothing. This is a scam.
When I did answer yesturday and spoke to the charming lady she would not tell me a specific date of the alleged violation, which gate I had theoretically run, or the time.
But she wanted me to give her all kinds of info.
I guess this the sign of the times. Some will stoup to anything to make a buck.

Me too. I've been getting bills from last summer that they same came from multiple accounts. I have called them multiple times to be sure I don't owe any more toll bills...I don't drive on toll roads frequently. They tell me that I'm paid up.

Then I start getting bills that say I owe $175 for non-payment and that I should pay with my tax return.

I got them on the phone yesterday I they "generously" agreed to drop $75 off the $120 late fees.

Then today I got a call from this number and they don't say anything on the other end.

So I'm starting to agree that MSB should be under some sort of investigation if they're not already. It may just be a terrible system of communication between the entities, but something is wrong when I get charged $60 late fees on a $5 toll charge I know nothing about even when I have called to double check to be sure I don't owe anything.

I'm just staying off all toll roads from here on out so I can avoid an excuse for them to rip me off again.

The telephone belongs to Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) offers outsourced collections, payment processing and call center services to governmental entities. I called the numbers given responding to possible Texas toll-fees, and they were unable to provide information. My experienced with MSB is that they are crooks. In fact, I have approached the government entities MSB assumea to represent... and the truth is that those entities have nothing to do with them including TXDOT and TXTAG as per conversation with the agency Director.

I've been getting the same calls for a week and I've never been close to Texas let alone in Texas.

Got a call with no message left.

Municipal Services Bureau.  They are a collection service for old traffic tickets. I paid a ticket 5 years ago (it was only $10.) They tried to say I owed over $200 now and and there was an outstanding warrant.  There is no warrant.

They are all crooks and shoud be put iun gail themselves
