Kaplan SOS, formerly called me as Cinncinati OH
very annoying, calls almost every day

calls says from Cinncinnati, OH, calls SEVERAL times a day.  I do not answer, they leave no message.

Answered it said hello, silence and hung up.  Caller Id reports its from Becon, OH. No idea who it is.
