I called them back and they said that they are a third-party collection agency. I couldn't understand the guy's English that well, as he was foreign. I just hung up after that.

They are a collection company, working for GE Money Bank. Lowe's Walmart, etc.

They Keep calling me.They are looking for someone else.I have told them many times now that i am not this person.I am a MAN AND THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A WOMAN.They dont believe me.I exchanged words with this foreign man and asked for his boss.I then hung up after 10 minutes.
