Caller ID says they are from Kentucky, the number is out of Norwood and the woman on the phone is from India. They are trying, ironically, to hawk identity protection services.

happens to me all the time, getting real sick of this jerk.

Recvd call. Caller said nothing just hung when I answered.  Number not in service when I called back.
Appears someone is masking real number with a series of numbers with 513-898-85xx prefix.

Folks have been calling from several 513 area code 898 exchanges and not leaving messages. I answered today and the calls are from the Police Athletic League or so they say...

Phone rings. Caller ID says (513) 898-8513. Answer. Male says my name then cuts off. This is probably a telephone solicitor. While the first number is ringing, they dial a second number. If the first number answers, they cut off the second.
