Same old song and dance... out at sea, gift for son, blah, blah, blah! New address 2525 Dupont Dr, Irvine CA which coincidentally is a business corp headquarters. Whitepages.com reverse phone number look-up says (515) 412-0759 is VoIP phone in Altoona, IA Why would a person bother to do this? I don't get it. Is it a scam that (s)he can benefit monetarily from, or is (s)he just a fruit loop with too much free time?

Getting the same kind of texts after posting on craigslist. Damn scammers. Poor guy he's a marine biologist that works on the sea and just barely squeezed in time to look at the listing.

Just renewed an ad myself, about 30 minutes ago, and within 15 minutes got a text message also from this 515-412-0759 on my Google Voice which I said was my cell-phone.

This number texted me today wanting to buy my camper i have listed on Craigslist. He said he wanted to purchase this for his cousin and was in a hurry to make a pay-pal transaction. He assured me i was in good hands but he could not call me to discuss details or negotiate price due to the nature of his job. He said he would only pay by pal-pal and would only text. Scammer.
