I forgot to add that the caller addressed me by my first name when I answered my cell phone, so they're not using just a number-generated list. They apparently have names associated with phone numbers.

Received 3 calls on my cell phone today. The first two were at 3:18 pm and 4:25 pm, which I didn't answer. Caller left no message either time.
I then answered a third call at 5:26 pm, thinking it may actually be someone legitimately trying to reach me. Caller identified himself as "Brock" from "Olympus Education," and asked what I would be interested in studying if I were to go back to school. I told him I wasn't interested and he told me to have a nice evening. The caller was polite during our very brief call.
I was mildly annoyed a telemarketing call on my cell phone had interrupted a conversation I was having with my husband, so I didn't even think about asking him if he knew how my number came to be on his calling list, or telling him that the number he called is on the Do Not Call Registry and to take me off the calling list... :-(
I have no idea why my cell number would be on their calling list. I am not/have not been job searching, nor am I/have I been applying to any schools or anywhere else...

This was from a job sight but the reason it is not saying anything is because its signal has been bounced back so it can not continue to scam that is the reason it can call u but u cant call back

I'm getting the same thing and I do think it is related to job search sites. I think they want a live person to make a sales pitch to.

I have no idea what this number may be; but I think they got my information when I applied to a few other jobs link other than career builder. They have more than a week harassing me. I have been applying for so many jobs and so many websites that I think along the line when the pop ups come and ask if you wish to go back to school and you said you are not interested they steal your information and begin the calling I think this because among this weird number I have other weird numbers calling all day like this number and at any time. i thought it was an office but the callings are almost nine. Just today I received 6 calls, last time 7. When I called it it says you have reached the referred customer service hot line. No idea what this is about but they surely excellent at harassing  I keep my volume off because they call so much they make me jumpy.

This number has been calling me for about a week...after the first call, i told them no im not interested and please remove me from the list. they did not and have been calling 2 sometimes 3 times a day!Its driving me crazy and I shouldnt have to tell them a THIRD time to stop calling me. Its a place that finds out if your interested in going back to school, and what do you want to take, then they find places in your area that might interest you. I told the stank hefer I am in school.i am not interested. please stop calling. I want to report them to the better business bureau because its insane how much they call me everday!

I started receiving a call from 518-649-9564 since last night around 8pm, 9/20/11. When I answered, they weren't talking on the other line, so I hung up. I tried back again later that night. But it was prompted with a beep and lady's voice on an auto message you would hear on a pay phone "the number you have reached is not in service, please check the number and dial again." Then today 9/21/11, around 10:30am, I got another call again from the same number, they didn't talk again and after some moment of silence, I hung up. I have been actively job searching, I don?t know if they might have gotten my number from one of those sites. But if they call again, I will have to block them off.
