I got an email with a fake arrest warrant with case #ADR59832. I did research on the internet and found out this is a scam. Can you please clarify this for me. Thank you. The company name is unknown but the telephone is 559-800-8030 and it states it's for "violation of federal banking regulations" and the letterhead states " United States District Court.

It's not a bill collector - it's a scammer.  Regardless, best thing to do is not to respond to these emails.  You can, however, send the email to the FBI at their Internet Crime Complaint Center - www.ic3.gov.

I received a message in my spam that said there was an arrest warrant for bank fraud against me and I should contact Mark Williams.  This is a bill collector.  This is a shame.

yep i Just got one i figured it was a fake, the weird thing is the email address it was sent to i hardly use but my main one i had recieved numerous emails on from people overseas claiming they were long lost relatives with terminal illnesses and recently found out we were related, but i had to send like $200.00 dollars to get the funds transfered, Then i mysteriously wound up with an account at bank of america with 5 million dollars in it that the FBI was freezing due to possible terrorist funding thats when i began forwarding those to the real FBI,and i will now do the same with this, But yeah the email address alone say,s it must be a fake, as most gov agencies have theire own . gov adresses, but anyhow theses things can bite you if you are not pro active, i would suggest everyone forward these to the fbi just in case as they are wanting money to supposedly drop the warrant( could be a terrorist attempt to get money)..thx

LOL, I just got the same email as everyone else from this idiot with "arrest warrant" in the subject line.  Anyone who believes this fool was probably dropped on their head several times as a baby.  First of all, if there was a warrant, you would NOT be getting emails about it, let alone from someone with an AOL email address.  This is just a huge scam.  I blocked his email address.
