Harassing recorded calls about "debt relief"  are still going on and there is no way to trace the caller other than to Kingsburg CA because now we are getting ripped off by the FOR PROFIT reverse directories online.  I remember fondly the good old days when I could have walked into a public library and looked it up in paper reverse directory for free.

This number has called me three times and I haven't been able to answer anytime he's called. His name was Mike Ward or something along those lines. He left me voicemails and said he needed to hear from me or my attorney and that there are serious allegations filed against me. He then wished me luck as the situation unfolds and said I was going to lose my job. He had a heavy accent and said they would notify my bank, workplace, credit, and my mother.

Getting disturbing calls form 559-869-4053 and 323-284-2250. I beleive its the same people with strong foreign accent. They cursed me and I dont know what they acually want as I can understand them

I have been getting these crazy calls for 2 months now.  They change their number.  I reported it to the police and I tell them to take me off their list but they keep calling.  I have no idea what to do about it!

well, just got a call from the same guy, only from a new number now, 619-704-9335. This time couldn't understand a thing he said, so not even sure what name he's going by now. Already reported him to the FBI on the 20th, will be doing it again today. the 559 number is disconnected now...

This guy calls repeatly, I hang up he calls again! He request my lawyer information I have yet to receive any court document nor do I have any outstanding bills. I cant understand the name of the company, but he says he calling on behalf of Craig Miller Assoc. which represents this company that I dont owe!

Me and my husband received calls from these clowns. I sent Google an email to advise them that the people were using a Google voice line and was making abusive calls. I also filed a complaint with my states consumer affairs agency. I called the the several times today and it appears to be disconnected.

I just got the same call and I scare me.I was really happy to hear you'all got the same call. not that I want anyone else shaken..

I recieved calls from him and I returned his call but when I asked him about his information he wouldn't tell me and when I gave him my attorney's name , this guy just hung up on me and I called him back about 3 more times and he just hung up on me. And his name was Terry Adams and yes, very broken english and talks very fast and has threatened to come to my place of employment to arrest me.  Yep, I think this is a scam......

Humorously, this same company has called my ex-husband (from whom I've been divorced for 16 years).  He was totally incredulous that someone would call him trying to locate me.  He just said, she doesn't even live in the same state as I do and hung up.  Yes, it's a scam and a buncha bull.  I have found it's best to ignore the entire thing as much as possible.  They give up in the end.  If you need to, tell them you've reviewed your bank statements and there is no such loan so come and getcha!  :)

received a call from this number today at work and at home.  it's from a terry cooper with a heavy foreign accent.  need to hear from me or my attain lawyer.  he wished me good luck as the situation unfolds.  it's a scam.  he also calls from phone number 212 352 6581.  now their numbers has the area code of where i live.

This guy just called me at work stating I he was an attorney and I need to call back or have an attorney call back, threatening me of what is about to unfold if I don't call back,  they keep calling.  How do you stop it?

These people called me stating that I have a lawsuit against me and was going to go to jail if I did not call them by 5pm two days ago and pay them money that I supposedly owed them.  Still haven't seen them.  It is a total scam.  They alos used several names like Justin Davis, Michael, James Anderson, James Thompson.  Another number that is a scam 8185616634.  Another legal name that they use is Anderson Legal Services.  I am so sick of these calling me I fell for it once but not again!!!!!!!

My sister and I both received calls yesterday from this number- Ronnie Cooper left me a voicemail, saying my sister had used my financial information to gain a credit card and a legal case had been filed against her. He also had a thick accent and the phone cut out several times. There was also a lot of background noise on the call.

This person called me 4--5 times at work, could not get my name right then gave me the last 4 digits of my ssn and said he needed the information to my lawyer. I told him that I didn't know what this was about and he got upset and told me that I would need to hire a lawyer and that in the morning he was going to call my job (witch is the the number he called) the county that I live and the police and i would go to jail for fraud and alot of the other things. I told him to do what he had to do and he hung up on me. I have never took out any loan and these people keep harrassing me from that number. I don't know what I should do. does anyone have any suggestions?

I got one of these calls today, and about had a stroke! I had taken out a cash advance, but my payments were current, and this guy ("Robert Reed") started this whole long thing about how I had a federal warrant against me for check fraud, etc.... total of 17 charges he said, and when I protested that my payments were current he said to have someone with me in the morning to bail me out because I would be arrested by federal marshals. I called the federal marshals office in my town, of course there is no arrest warrant on me and they googled the phone number and told me it was all a scam, and to call the FBI. I did and they told me to go to a  website. www.IC3.gov  and file a report, they're trying hard to get these guys.

Got a voice mail on my cell phone AND at my work phone from "Alan Marshall" asking to call him back about a "bad debt" and "fraud" by my dad. Obvious b.s.

They have called me from at least 5 different numbers.  I just went online to my cell phone company to have them blocked.  They are drving me crazy.

I'm getting the same calls.  The guy that calls me said his name is Robert Reed.  He keeps calling and harassing me.  I called a friend of mine that is a Deputy Sheriff and I told this guy on the line that I filed harassment charges against them.  How did u get them to stop or ar they still calling you?

Yeah this fool messed up and called my wife several times and will spoof his number to 911 or your actual phone number. He threatened her several times and the account has nothing to do with her.He said she was a reference on an account. He told us "May God have mercy on our souls". Watch for this idiot he thinks he can scare my wife?? Police were called on his ***. He will get his. He has a heavy accent. Lucky I didnt answer the call.

This man called a client of mine with the same story.  He said my client needs to pay him $14,000 or his lawsuit is going to turn into a felony. Crazy!  My client is from out of state so he's on his way to the FBI.  The FBI will handle this.

I received 8 total phone calls just this morning alone.  5 on my cell and 3 at work.  He uses so many different alias's I cant keep track (today it is Sandy Brown). From his name to the name of the company they change like the wind. I confronted them on many occasions and requested they send me the supporting documentation of such debt....I have yet to see anything.  I laughed at the notion of having me arrested.  They don't put people in jail for that, I should know I was a collector.  I consulted my atty and the best thing to do is ignore the phone calls, don't answer them, and do what the person above said, put a fraud alert on you credit report.

Howdo you report this idiot, he called my work stating he was james thompson, what is this about. I dont have any cash advances out so it cant possibly be about that, unless he got my info from the internet I had looked into getting a cash advance but never did. I never ot an advance so I know I dont owe any money he left a message but I havenst checked it et. Does anyone know how to put a stop to this.

He tried calling my husbands job. I called him back letting him know my husband is a cop(which he really is) and he immediately hung up on me.

This is not a real collection agency, this is a hustle. These b****eads think that by bullying and threatening innocent people (he said I recieved a payday loan, which i did not, and that I would lose my job, go to jail, etc.) He had my bank information and my address, which is scary enough, but spent a great deal of time threatening me and yelling at me, even hanging up on me twice, (when I began to ask questions). This man said he was with Anderson Law Associates, and there are plenty of entries about this place on other numbers within this site. They are ignorant and lazy, but if they could fool me for even a second, I want to spread the word!
