They call offering a lower interest rate on credit card debt. Told the guy not to f***in call me ever again and take my number off the list. He called me a dick, so I cussed him out and told him to suck my dick. Then he hung up on me.

I got the same call. I asked to speak to his supervisor & he hung up on me.

phone rang twice.  picked up and they hung up.   keeps calling, no answer

You dial the number back and told can' be completed, called me back 10 minutes later and no one there x 2....what kind of scam is this?

yeah .. i got a call from this number too .. don't know what it was about but looked up the number and this board popped up .. guess i don't need to return the call

aparently the do-not-call list doesnt apply to certain people/companies. i put myself on the list over 2 years ago and still get a call like this once in a while. even text messages. no matter how you slice it, text messages is another form of telemarketing and is STILL against the law.

This is my work number so I answered the line, there was a recording, female w/British accent, identified herself as Sarah, calling about my credit card account.  I hung up.  So sick & tired of these phone assaults..the least these losers could do is split the phone bills with me since they seem to feel they can call whenever they damn well please!!

First a recording of a female voice with a British accent asked me to press 9 if I wanted to get my credit card interest rates lowered.  Then an African American male answered and was fishing for my credit card info by stating cards like my City One B of A credit card could have their interest lowered.....I don't have that card. as I was questioning him, he kept covering the pone stating "I have a number".  I hung up on hime.  He was trying to encourage me to give info by stating suspicion was a sign of consumer informed intelligence. I recently ordered form a company called Karmaloop and I suspectt this call is connected to them in some way.  Sunce I ordered from them I've received numerous weird solicitous calls.  They baited and switche products on me without my consent.  I will call the Attorney General and file a police report.
