Also got a call from Steve. He said he had "just got done doing business with the maintenance manager, oh and whats his name again?" Ok bud. Told him I couldnt help him without a name so he replies "You dont know who the maintenance manager is?". I respond "You just got done working with him yesterday, and already forgot his name?!".

He proceeded to call me 3 of the "7 Dirty Words" as made famous by George Carlin, and hung up on me.

These people call daily. They give me the same lines every time.  The funniest part for me is the fact that we manufacture lights at my company.

I'm in a commercial property management company so we get our fair share of these toner and lightbulb scams. This one did get lucky when he called one of our tenants - he managed to get our maintenance man's name from that company's receptionist, and when he called me he used both names to attempt to sound like one of our regular vendors.

Guy called me today (we're Chicago based), said his name was Roger and he had to speak with the building manager right away.  When I pressed him he pretended like he couldn't hear me and then gives me this: "geeze I'm down on the factory floor, it's so loud down here, just give me a number and I'll call you back"... He would not give any specifics and never called back

Guy called  - wanted to talk to Building Maintenance - told him our landlord handled that, he wanted their number so he could schedule a call out - when I questioned him further, he hung up.  Gotta love those scammers!

Received a call from a "Steve Richards" (caller ID said "Customer Serv") who acted like he knew me in order to get past our receptionist. Then was so persistant with my assistant that he was one of my customers, she passed him thru to my cell phone.  Turns out its a scam. They try to act like you have done business with them in the past to buy light bulbs for your business and try to trick you by getting you to just confirm the re-order.  When I asked him who he was with he said "Midwest" and when I asked him if we had ever done business with him, he hung up on me.

We blocked his number so it will not even ring into our office anymore.  Check with your telephone system support people or even with your dial tone service provider as they can block their calls for you.

Guy calls asking for the maintenance manager.  I tell him he's not available.  Then wants his cell phone.  I explain I can't give out that information.  Wants him paged or called to the phone.  I tell him that's not possible.  Starts to get rude after I ask him for the third time to leave a message.  Tell him not to call here anymore.  That will last a few weeks, then we will repeat this process over and over and over.  How do these people continue to get away with this?

Rude caller demanding access to a particular staff person--said they were expecting his (said his name was Tim) call--page him.  Person he asked for was not expecting any such call and when he was transferred to voice mail immediately called back twice.

Just got a call form this number - Steve Johnson with Johnson Electric.  He was looking for a part number to complete electrical work at our facility.  When I told him we were not having any work done he started asking for people who had left the company over seven years ago.  He finally hung up.

I get the same call from this A** Hole EVERYDAY!! He NEVER gives up. This morning He called & asked for Maintenance, so, I transferred him to voice mail. He called back 17 times & got hung up on 17 times!!!

This number has repeatedly called our business and being extremely rude.  When I tell him our maintenance person is not available, he TELLS me to page him, etc. - doesn't ask.  Then when I ask what exactly it is regarding he is even more rude and says he already told me.  I told him he was being rude and hung up, but the calls continue.

I've been getting calls daily from this "Frank, with National Electric". I Googled National Electric and called to put a complaint to one of their rude sales man! They reassured me that this "Frank" was not with their company and they transferred me to the president of the company to leave a voice-mail complaint. I told the President that this "Frank" Character is going to drive their business into the ground if he DOES NOT STOP THE HARASSING PHONE CALLS. We shall see how this turns out. But next time this "Frank, with National" calls I'm going to tell him to shove his RUDE, asking for part number verification self up where the sun don't shine!!!!

A man called from this number asking "who's the guy in charge of maintenance?  I can't remember his name".  When I said "no thank you" - because they call every few days and we're a government office - he said "F**k YOU!

If you receive a phone call from 561-200-2140, please be careful, this is a big scam.  This guy wants to talk to your maintenance department, when you refuse to give him to anyone he is rude, and swears at you.  When I hung up on him, he called back and was even more upset at me claiming that I was unprofessional.  He claimed he was with the Outagamie County gave me a badge number.  He is not who he claims he is.

561-200-2140 what a bunch of jerks, oh the poor mothers of these guys... have to be so proud.  Total rude jerks not even worth breath...
Don't waste your time, see that number come up and disconnect them.
I told them no more games and for once they didn't call back.

Had similar experience.  A guy from this number said he was Mike from some lighting and electrical supplies company, knew my first name, at least, and asked if I handle the buying for my dept.  When I told him no, I am not a buyer, he hung up.  Tried to call the number back, but cannot be called back.

Name Steve fr4om "Midway electric." Caller id is Customer service wanting our maintenance person. Says he talked to him last week and what was his name. I knew it was a scam. Something about a switch which is so bogus. I hung up on him, he called again saying he was an eletrician I said good for him.  Then hung up. He tried calling back 3 times.

Very Rude; Very Persistant

Unwanted call.  Didn't know who they were calling.  Didn't have a phone number to call back.  Refused to leave a message.  Claimed anyone in the shop could help him.  Claimed he had already talked to someone here and that he was calling my maint guy back.  

Kept harrassing me for over 5 mins - very rude.  Claimed he was an electrician and need a switch measured.

Called looking for are maintenance manger, when I told him we did not have a record of their company. He got upset, asked why I had so many question for him, what was I a cop. Then told me he was coming in, i said ok hope to see you so. Very Rude people.

Asked for our maintenance supervisor.

561-200-2140-  This A***OLE@#$%$%  just called my company and lied to me and when I conferenced him in with my Boss he started his lousy a** sales pitch.... he claims to be the general electrician on site.

THIS IS A SCAM.  He's trying to sell our maintenance staff goods, and falsely representing the Landlord
in order to invoice them.

DONT GIVE HIM ANY INFORMATION.

HE IS DEFINITELY A PIECE OF CRAP.

He said he was with Midway.

I'm a receptionist and I see this number on the caller ID all the time.  I usually just pick up the receiver and hang it back up.  They'll call back a couple more times in a row. The one time I did answer it I got some prick, without even introducing himself, ask where we were located.  Having a suspicious feeling I asked what his call was in regards to.  He snapped at me and said "does it matter?" I was silent for a few seconds because it caught me off guard and when I was about to speak he said "it's ok...I know where you are" and hung up.  Since then I obviously don't answer when they call. What a creep!!

My good pal "Steve" called.  It was so urgent; he would not leave a message.  I finally took the call and he wanted to send me their new maintenance catalog.  Before I could finish saying no thanks, he hung up the phone.  I am glad I made him wait.

Same scam.  Looking to speak with the "dude" he spoke to in maintenance.  When asked if he could remember the person's name, he couldn't, and when asked what his company name was he said National Electric Company.  The number came up as Customer Service.  When I told him that I thought it was a bogus call, he just told me I was a "paranoid dude".  And then he hung up.  Frank was the name he gave.

Guy called asking for the maintenance guy's cell #.  When I explained I was not allowed to give out such numbers and asked what company he was calling from, he said he was the electrician.  Could see from the caller ID is is a Florida number.  Told him I knew it was a scam as our electrician doesn't live 12 hours away.  Todl him not to call back and hung up on him before he could be rude...not the first time this company has tried to call us.

Shows up on caller ID as "Customer Service". Got two calls yesterday and one today from Steve Bishop asking to speak to building maint. manager. We do not have one. When I told him this he said well who takes care of that for you? I didn't answer any more of his questions. Instead I inquired further about the nature of his call so I can properly direct him. He hung up.
Called again about 30 min later asking for building maint. again and even had the nerve to say "I called earlier" to that I replied "yes, I remember, you hung up on me." then he got really pissed off and kept asking me a bunch of questions and hung up again.

Fast forward to the next day, today, he calls AGAIN! Asking for my shop manager, Asked for his name - Steve Bishop. Where he was calling from - "National", What it was regarding - He then goes off on me and says "Are you not hearing me, I need to talk to your shop manager, I am in a hurry lady" I hung up on him.

I have been trying to call the number back to complain but I don't get an answer. Just a voicemail.

Have received multiple phone calls from Jim Tucker at 561-200-2140.  He asks for our maintenance manager, when told that he is not available and asked if he would like to leave a voice mail; Mr. Tucker responds with verbally abusive or sexually harassing comments.  Looking for a means to report.
