I've had these calls daily after canceling the home depot remodeling appointment (which turned out to only be about resurfacing and not about remodeling like we were told in the store).  They call...if you answer, no one is on the other end...if you don't answer, they don't leave a message.   I finally got fed up and called Home Depot to complain.  They contacted the company and had them remove me from their call lists.  

Call Home Depot customer service at 1-800-466-3337, explain that you're getting daily annoying calls from the resurfacing company and ask them to have them take you off the call list.  Maybe if enough of us complain about this annoying company Home Depot will stop doing business with them.

Home Depot remodeling.  (We signed up for a free in-house consulation, then cancelled when we realized they were only selling refacing and not actual remodeling like we were told in the store.)  I get a call at least once a week from them now.  When I answer there is no one on the other end of the line; when I don't answer they don't leave a message.  It's frustrating because I am on the do not call list but I cannot get them to take me off their call list.  So annoying and the calls just will not stop!

These people are trying to scam and con people all over the United States and they are actually committing a felony by violating the laws of the USA.  DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS AT ALL.  They say they are calling from  Boca Raton Florida...but guess what...I never answer the call ever because they are scamming and conning people all over the USA.  So with all respect we would greatly appreciate it if you would STOP CALLING PEOPLE AROUND THE USA because guess what...you are committing a felony and you are in direct violation of the laws of the United States of America.

NEVER NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT.  This 'service' is a SCAM!!!  Do not respond.  They are rude, they do not follow through with appointments, and when you cancel services they call you every 2-4 weeks for years.  I will NEVER shop at Home Depot again because of these idiots.

No it is not.  They came out to give me an estimate, or, rather, they did not come out when they scheduled, but rather, called me an hour before to reschedule the following week.  I told them to forget it and they call me every week.  They are a pathetic leach that will not go away and they are scumbags who will not follow through with what they say they will do.  DO NOT CONTACT THEM!!!

We signed up for a one hour appointment to get a quote for cabinet Refacing.  When HD called to confirm the appt. they wanted 2-2 1/2 hours.  They cancelled when we declined a linger appointment.  Now we are getting the robo calls from this number.

This call from  Home Depot is annoying and they never leave a message. Stop them from calling me. I will report this number to the FTC.

Hi. It is home depot... You contacted them OR filled out a REQUEST form for an estimate on a remodel or kitchen cabinet refacing or something along those lines. They are not calling you out of the blue.... That said, be careful what you request.. Its actually quicker and easier to let them give you the estimate and tell them you don't want it OR just tell them to take them off your list. I know. I  did this and it was easier to let them give you an estimate then tell them you are going a DIFFERENT direction.

Yep, it's Home Depot.  They did the home visit and have called me no less than 10 times since that appt.  I told them I wasn't interested until after the first of the year, if then.  They continue to call.  Home and cell.

This is not Home Depot or someone is spoofing there number because it keeps calling me as a prank number. I'm thinking of filing this number for harassment. 561-226-1398

yet again. signed up for bathroom remodel consultation.  when i was first called, they couldn't do what i wanted.  i keep getting phone calls from them at least once a week or so, but i never answer.

Same here, signed up for Home Depot remodeling.   I cancelled the appt a few days later (and after reading some of these posts, I'm glad I did) and every so often I get a call from this number.   I'll just continue to ignore the call....

I also signed up for the Home Depot kitchen remodeling offer. I received a call from this number with no one on the other end. The estimater that came out was a nice guy but i told him straight up that i didnt have $12K for a cabinet resurfacing project. In this economy you would think that they would have much better deals for their customers. I can only hope they stop calling me.

Called Home Depot....eventually got to complaint departnemt.  Confirmed it IS their in-house remodeling vendor.  Apparently my wife entered some into to get the agressive salesperson off her back in-store, they called and we cancelled and said good-bye forever.

Then get two-per-day nobody's-there robocalls.

Home Depot rep talked to their I.T. dept (and local Store Manager while I was on hold, to pass on my phone # to finally get it purged from their "Harrass the Poor Peasants" marketing system.

Hopefully that will work!  We'll see in the nex 24 hours.

We had an appointment set with them and they never showed up or called to say they were not showing up and now they are calling me trying to gain business.  I will be calling my cellular company to add this company's number to the blocked list

Yup, it's Home Depot and if you call 866-646-0565 and choose opition 5 they will gladly put you on the Do Not Call List.

Same number has called 3 or 4 times.  No one there, no message, and can't call the number back.  I did the same.  High pressure sale in Home Depot, agreed to get out of store, canceled when they called to confirm, now I get phantom calls.  How dull.

I was stupid enough to make the appointment through Home Depot for possible kitchen refacing.  The guy came, took his measurements, showed me his samples & gave me a proposal: over $18000.   I told him flat out that the refacing was way out of my price range and I was not interested.  It took me forever to get him out of my house while he tried to convince me that if I did without this or that, that it would be in my price range.  For $18000 I expect a new kitchen, not refacing.  Since then, he personally has only called me once, but I started getting calls from  561 226-1398 several times daily. They don't leave a voicemail, and if I answer the call, there is no one there.  I don't know what they hope to gain from this activity, but the only result is that I now will go to Lowes, not Home Depot.

Yes it is... It is a separate division within the Home Depot thru corporate.  I work for Home Depot at the store level.  Started with At Home Services call center before transferring to the store..
