Michael Moore, someone named George and then Aaron and a woman called Christine have been leaving me messages daily for months. If they evr wanted a relationship with me they now have one......I HATE THEM!!!!!! RCI is a scam, scam, scam. No legitimate business would be so desperate to get hold of me. They don't get that not replying is my way of sending them a message: TOO BUSY AND NOT INTERESTED!!! After a call every day for 3 weeks I finally gave in and called Michael Moore back. He started sounding so desperate I thought I could put him out of his misery. He is as big an idiot in person as he sounds leaving me message after message. For a man who says has been in business for 40 years and spent $millions on technology he has a lot to learn about professionalism, honesty and the recruiting business. I will not do business with a company who president has nothing better to do than harass people with unsolicited calls and spam. When the president is so desperate to do business that he is has to "dial for dollars" he must head up a bunch of real losers.
If you are reading this do yourself a favor blacklist their phone numbers and email addresses. They are bad news.

Thank you Chris. I got a call from this rude "gentleman" (very loosely used) the other day as well asking to speak with our Chief Human Resources Officer. When I requested a bit more information, he gave me the name of the company and that was it. I asked him what the company did (like I'm supposed to know every company on the plant) and he says - "why, is there a problem?" And proceeded to be sure and emphasize, "I'm the President of a company". OK, I'm impressed... not! Guess what? He will not be getting a return phone call. And I also know his number and will be letting it go to voicemail when I see it.

As an executive assistant, part of what we do is screen unsolicited calls for the executives we support. Michael Moore from RCI called for our head of global HR. A high level executive will not and CAN NOT take the time to return dozens and dozens of unsolicited sales calls. When I attempted to get more information from this "gentleman" as to where he was calling from, what was the purpose of his call, what did his company do, he was audibly and undeniably annoyed. He was rude and condescending. I was so taken aback by his unprofessionalism and arrogance, I had to pause to collect myself. I told him his tone was unnecessary. Needless to say, he was barking up the wrong tree trying to get through to the global head of HR as nothing more than another headhunter making yet another sales call. I passed along his information anyway...and all the details on his unprofessional and arrogant manners...to our global head of HR. Guess who will NEVER get our business? That's right Michael....you blew it.

Dear Eric, as an executive assistant, part of our responsibilities include screening the calls that come in to the executives we support. "Michael Moore" placed a call to our global head of HR. As a global head of HR, there is no way an executive in that position will or can take the time to return all of the dozens and dozens of unsolicited calls they receive. It is my job to help make that easier by gathering all the information I can from the caller and potentionally, directing them to a more appropriate individual. To be perfectly frank, a global head of HR is NOT going to drop everything to take a sales call from some headhunter, even if his self-important attitude about being "president and CEO" makes him think that is going to impress someone. It is part of my job to assist these callers. When I had to take a call from this "gentleman" he clearly had NO CLUE how a top level executive operates and functions with their executive assistant. He was audibly and undeniably annoyed by my "doing my job", he was consescending and rude. And guess what? Our global head of HR got his information, along with my experience as to how rude and unprofessional his manners were. Guess who won't be getting a return call or our business? Take a look at all the negative comments about "Michael Moore". How many of these sales calls he's made do you really think were successful based on the initial very poor experiences with him upfront? Well....he blew with the company I work for. I informed ALL the executive assistants as well as our Talent Acquisition department about him.

We never got any results from you a***oles....rci is just as shady as the timeshare... If you want a good laugh watch the terrible web demo. My staff knows better now do not use this company.

This guy is obviously a desperate joke. Legitimate recruiters dont use these tactics and end up giving everyone a bad name.
Just keep hanging up - even fools will learn to move on.

I am only in my 2nd month of employment at my new job and have received countless voicemails from "George" who takes a hateful tone because I have not called him back. "This is George, STILL waiting to hear from you..." Problem is, he never says the company he is with or what he wants. So no, George, I'm NOT going to call you back because it's obvious you're trying to sell something that we don't want or need. Today, I got a call from a "Mike Moore" who said he was reaching out for help and direction. He had the same accent as George does, so I knew right away he was from the same company, not to mention I can put 2 and 2 together with the phone number. (My company does not do business with anyone from Florida). I have sent a message through the RCI Recruiting website to ceast and desist calls to my company, but I doubt the calls will stop.

Hello- Aaron Director of nothing
May advice is if you ever talk to my staff again. I will make sure your little boiler room operation will be shut down for good. Also, I found out my company used your services in LA- and the results were horrible $4495 this a***ole charge and we are not paying it. Please be aware I have made sure your company is on a blacklist. I did not forgot what you did in NC...
And yes I am the Sr. VP for the US....

Some person named Matt madden called and I told him we were not interested at this time and hung up. This little creep called back and left a nasty message on my voicemail telling me how to do my job. I have been in this business for 25 years and this jerk has a lot to learn. Sounded like some child too and I know who mr. Moore is they did a web demo about a year ago and could not pull up what we had been looking for. Worst web demo presentation ever. I work with 3 to 5 different staffing firm and very happy with them. My advice is to run from these crooks plus mr.Moore would not give my team any business references we could speak too. Do not work with these people. Would love to here from anyone else. Thanks

Hey tall I just got back from vacation and had a whole bunch of messages from this company. Three different guys calling some as soon as 6:30am local time. Called the main number finally spoke with this nice woman she said she did not know what the company did?

Has called me for years. Nothing new and inventive, for someone who thinks of themself as the greatest recruiter of all time...in fact, if he talks to candidates the way he talks to potential customers and their gatekeepers, I don't want my Company's name associated with him.
Oh..and ERIC O. above, do YOUR job and establish a client base from face to face networking and word of mouth from satisfied costomers...not 1980's-era telephone spamming!!

To Mark G.;
You must either work for this company, or live under a rock. What you call "reaching out to me" is, in fact, unwelcomed, solicitation. If I wanted RCI's help, I would call THEM. If I called every random phone jockey back, I couldn't do my job. You obviously have too much time on your hands if you return every unsolicited phone call (or, perhaps, your name is Mike Moore??). You should practice this at home as well. You'll have new windows, siding, flooring, roofing, etc... every year!! PUTZ

Just got a v/mail from this guy... didn't recognize the number and googled it and found these posts. Will not be calling him back. His msg said he was "looking for help and direction" and to call him back as soon as I got his message this morning. Yeah right... that's not going to happen
Mark G. 2011-09-23 14:21:40 Unknown
If you're in an industry where you work with vendors (recruiters, newspapers etc), how can you not call people back that reach out to you? Especially after multiple messages? How do you know that they can't help? What is obnoxious and rude is thinking you?re too important to do your job and at least listen to what options are out there... I actually called this gentleman back, listened to his service offerings and made a educated business decision once I learned what he could do for my company. Which is what I?m paid to do?

This guy has left message after message after message despite emails to have him stop calling and spamming me. Not only does he not listen I doubt very much if he is the CEO. He sounds like a boiler room telemarketer not a professional.
Another Victim 2011-06-06 20:51:31 Unknown
Left a message with name and "looking for direction." No company name. Didn't bother to call back based on earlier post.

Received a phone call from Michael Moore from RCI. Was very rude and stated the call was "confidential". Would not answer any questions regarding call. He needs to come down a notch and realize that a person doesn't get ahead in business when you act like you are the president of the company that you are calling. He needs to realize that he would get alot further in a conversation being polite and not condenscending.
JNO 2011-06-06 20:51:31 Unknown
I wonder if this "character's" name is in fact Michael Moore. He called this morning and tried to speak to the President or HR Director. He was very rude, and very unpleasant for the first morning call. He even requested to leave a voicemal as his message was "confidential. I hung up on him instead of transfering to voice mail. He called back TWICE and... I hung up on him every time. Definitely NOT the film director (we all like so much) Michael Moore!
Eric O 2011-06-06 20:51:31 Unknown
His name really is Michael Moore... Do your job and transfer the call.
CLL 2011-06-06 20:51:31 Unknown
The caller from this number is Michael Moore - he didn't disclose his company name, but I later discovered he is CEO of RCI Recruitment Solutions in Florida. Was rude, condescending and sarcastic when I told him we wouldn't be purchasing any additional recruiting products/services in the near future. Very unprofessional.
