has been calling non stop for weeks. Calls at all different times of the day & night.  They haven't got the hint that we won't pick up.

who is calling me?

They claim they got my name and number from a festival, to which I had now "won" a free vacation with Universal Studios and Blue Green Resorts.  They had called 30 or so times over the last 2 weeks, and I finally picked up.  The guy who ended up getting me had to excuse himself several times as he stated "I have to finish eating", which is why he was horribly hard to hear over whatever he was chewing.  He then said I just had to tour his resort for about 90 minutes, and that I would just need to pay him $199 each for two adults, but two other adults and as many kids (under 12) as I wanted to take would be free after this $398 payment and a little tour.  When I told him I wasn't interested he hung up on me.  I suppose if this is the kind of acceptable actions of Universal and this resort, there is absolutely no way I would visit either.

Called back and asked to be removed from database.

Call history on my cell phone shows three attempts today:

9:40am, 1:34pm, and 2:37pm.

I'm glad I googld te phone number; thanks for the info to all wo have previously reported this as a BlueGreen telemarketing number.

I "entered a contest" back in July at the Classic Car Festival at the MN State Fairgrounds. My kids were with me, so I figured if we won something, that it would be cool.  I saw at that time that it was thru BlueGreen and figured I'd get some calls eventually.  :-)

This phone number keeps calling without leaving messages. They do not even observe the time that they do call. I am on a no call list.

I was receiving a lot of calls from this number and never answered. After I googled it and read the comments I decided to answer. I listened to Derek as he explained the vacation to me and I went ahead and registered for it. We've since took the vacation and had a great time. It was exactly how Derek said it would be. I am a single mother on a tight budget and would never have been able to take this vacation with my children otherwise. We spent a whole week at Universal for $400 plus our spending money. What a great deal!!! Thank You BlueGreen.

I have been receiving call's from this number 561-340-3197 for over 2 weeks.  It is my  cell and I won't answer it.  They do not give ID information.  I have a total of 35 calls and they just called as I was looking the number up. I have been bothered at eight in the morning until 9:30 at night. These people need to be shut down.  I am on the no call list. Don't know how they got my number.

This is a timeshare sales outfit. My wife and I were at a motorcycle event in November, they were handing out an "entry form" for a $1000.00 Harley Davidson gift card. I read the fine print on the back of the form and it was clear to me that by filling out the form you were granting them permission to contact you about timeshares. I threw mine away blank but the wife filled hers out....now she's dealing with the phone calls.

This number has been calling me constantly but I've never answered & they don't leave a message.  I finally decided to answer the phone tonight (9:15pm).  The caller's name was Jeff & he was calling on behalf of Universal Studios & some resort.  I promptly told him I wasn't interested & hung up.

This number is calling me too, on my cell phone and on my work number. it does not leave a message. I wish they leave me alone.

(561)340-3197 keeps calling my work # several times a day.  I just pick up the reciever and lay it down on my desk. They have to pay when the call goes thru.

I keep getting calls from this number. All it does is play music and then disconnects. I tried to call it back to see who answered and no one does. It rings about 4 times and disconnects

I've been receiving calls from this phone number at least 2-3 times a day for the last two weeks. Good to know that they are telemarketers/scammers and I will use some of the tactics you all have reported. Thanks!

This phone number is attached to a scam and is all over the internet.

They call my phone and my wifes phone 5 to 10 times a day we dont answer

Haven't answered it because I didn't know who it was.  After reading above, I am going to report it.

i signed up for a raffle for a vacation at the local reptile show here in new orleans last month, they have been calling me around 9 times a day, they called my girlfriend, they were extremly rude to her so she hung up and hasnt heard back from them. a@@HOLES, i will definitly answer tommorow.

I just started getting calls from this number today.  As of this posting, they have already called 5 times. The last call just a few minutes ago.  They do not leave a message.  If I do not know the caller, the phone number or if they won't leave a message I will not pick up or return calls.  I am also registered on the DNC list, but I find it has not been very effective since I am being bombarded daily by these unwanted calls.  The DNC list is a joke since it is not adhered to and has too many loopholes for these creeps with no life to circumvent it, so what's the use.

Unwanted call from unknown person.  Saw the info on scams on line.

wow i never knew it was like this iv been working with this company for bout 2 years and was always told that this was something that the people were signing up for and that they knew what they were getting

I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I signed up at the Women's show and received a call. I have manners so I listened. I liked the idea of a vacation and registered. We had a great time for less than half the cost of general admission. If you don't want to save money or get phone calls don't leave your number everywhere. These people are working like you and I. Let them do their job. If you're not interested or don't have the money just say so, they'll stop calling. PS if you sign up for something you requested a call and can not report anyone! I am a telemarketer and get threats from broke bored people all the time.

A man informing me of a prize I won, called.  I asked this guy to stop calling me, and he rudely said, "I will keep calling you all this week.  Thank you."  I'm gonna change my number.  He has been calling me for the last 2 weeks.

after reading these posts, i bet my number got sold because i signed up for contests at the taste of cleveland this summer.  guess i have to learn the hard way...

Just had this guy call me saying Congras on winning a free vacation. The first girls name was Tina ID# 2907 and she read through a very fast list of things I apparently won. Then switched me over to someone else that who had to "close his office door" because he was so busy. I told the guy I wasnt interested and he hung up. My advice is to not sign up for contests at shady places. I went to a golf club liquidation sale and they sold my name, email and cell number as well as everyone else's to this joker.
