I received a call from Chase Payout Services regarding funds from a timeshare sale. I believe they are trying to scam me also. They started at $899 and ended up at $200 they wanted as a refundable retainer.

I believe the person who called me representing Chase Payout Services is trying to scam me regarding the sale of a timeshare.  Just trying to verify that this is a valid number and would like identification of who or what owns this telephone number.
