Haha! It is true... Gary got greedy after inheriting the company from Bob K. Selling a product that cost him $8 - $9 dollars (including overhead) for hundreds. He inflated the numbers and sold to Thane, got fired as President and decided to do it all again, under a new name. All of his managers made a lot of money they would not have made otherwise - including Scott. Scott was low on the totem poll as far as managers were concerned, so, yeah, he often got the short end of the stick.(Although he thought he was hot s***). They ALL knew what was going on in the sales room - and even if Scott didn't feel comfortable with it- there was nothing he could do about it. It was all about the numbers - and if he wanted to continue to play the game, he had to do what the big boys did. Karma got 'em!

this is not true i personally know Scott Weiss. He did work for this company and  i did also for a long time and i saw from the internal side the things that were done. Gary Kranz that is now leaving all the s*** to Scott to eat when he was always the master plan behind to fullfill he expensive lifestyle.
Scott never pushed sales this way. What his mistake was that he didnt keep a close eye to salesreps and floor managers that went there and all they wanted to make is quick cash not caring who was going to get affected.
So Jordan make sure that when you are going to accuse someone and talking so sure that you really know what really happened there.

FBK made the mistake of ordering from them tried to send the product back after 2 weeks and they refused to let us cancel or return BEFORE the 30 days were up... told them I didnt want it and wasnt going to pay anymore for their junk!!!
Get rude calls all the time.. anyone who answers the phone.. they ask for me and if you ask whos calling they hang up without saying a word..
Good luck trying to get it to stop!!!

They just called - I didn't answer.  They did NOT leave a message.  Caller ID says "FBK Products".  Unsolicited telephone call.  I'm on the "do not call list".

They call with no message left. At least leave me a canned computer message for the trouble of making me listen to the phone ring....

These people call every week or so.  I remember informing them previously that we don't have a septic system.  I don't understand how they got our name because we have an unlisted, unpublished number.   They called again this morning and just hung up on me after I said Hello?  They're not going to remove you from the calling list even if you ask so I would just screen them out with the caller ID.  I don't see how annoying people to death is a good marketing practice.  Also why keep calling people who don't have septic systems when that's what your product involves.  Losers.

Calls about once a week not sure what about because when i do answer they don't speak and then they hang up.  As others have stated, you can hear people in the background but nobody seems to be on the line.

Called me at 8:45 on a Saturday morning, and according to my husband they've been calling at about that same time every day this past week.  When I picked it up this morning, I could hear voices in the background but as soon as I said hello, they hung up.  Next time I see it's them, as soon as I pick up I'm going to light them up... b*stards calling that early on a SATURDAY???

I have asked them to stop calling 14 times now, really annoying. Pushy sales people trying to tell me if I don't order they're product, I will most likely have to spend tens of thousands of dollars replacing my septic system, which I have told them I don't have.

This is a septic tank products company known as FBK Products.  Every time they call they never say anything and hang up

started getting calls 6 months to the day after I told Miller Plante to never call me again, Miller Plante also sells septic tank treatments with the same claims as FBK. I would not be surprised is the 2 companies are somehow linked.

I have been buying their products for 18 years since I built the new house.
I highly recommend it. I never had a problem and only dug my tank up for the first time last summer, house was alrady 17 years old

The water in the tank was just as they promised it would be. I have 3 bathrooms and the water as clear as any brook.

Not one thing was floating on top, Their product has done what they said it would do and I will continue using it.  I ordered more.

also, for those who do not know, if you call the national do not call regisrty 1-888-382-1222 and add your number to the list, by law they have to stop calling you.  After 30 days if the calls continue, they can get into alot of trouble, but u have to report them to make it happen

In regard to the phone number above, I too have been getting phone calls from this company every single day.  I found this site very helpful in resolving my issue, at least I thinks or hope its resolved now.  I too have a phone number to add if anyone else has the same problem.  The number a couple of messages down is too the coporate headquarters.  When you call them, they transfer you a couple of times till you get an off the hook busy singnal.  I had to call back four times, but my persistence and 52 minutes later I have the phone number to the warrenty department with live people if you can believe that one.  The # is:  1-866-865-8219.  I've been told twice now that I would be removed from the call list, but i received a phone call @ 8:12 this morning.  they call me on Sundays too.  There is also a site called ripoffreport.com.  If you post your experience on there, from what I understand, it never comes off.  They were talking about it on the news one day.  I guess news reporters pull stories from there sometimes, so it would be worth checking out.

I receive a call from this number daily. I have AT&T and I have a private number but I don't know how to prevent this from happening. It has been going on for a long long time. What can we do?

This company use to be called Krane. I think that is the spelling.
There product caused my septic field to block up and cost $1000,s of dollars to fix.
There was a class action suit against them last I heard.
This product causes the debris in your septic tank to emulsify and travels to the end of your septic field eventually blocking it up.
Not good!

We have been getting calls 2-4 times per month for the last few months. Again, no message left and no answer when we call back.

I have been receiving "pestering" calls from these people for years.  Have requested every time to remove me from their list as I now longer even Need such a product. May as well be talking with a tree.
Now even, somehow?, they are using my cell phone number.
