Received call showing La Habra, CA. I called the number back and received a recording with one of the options saying "Press 2 to be placed on our do not call list" .. How the heck was I placed on their list in the first place.

I had the same exact experience. When I picked up the caller hung up and when I called back it said that it forwarded me immediately to a voicemail message that said it was after hours and that it was a security center. I called again and this time I heard no sound and the phone just hung up.
