Rec'd call from this number this morning. Caller ID stated "LA County Sheriff". Person was advertising lowering my credit card interest rates.
I work for the LA county sheriff... And that's not what we do (obviously).

Call from someone named Ralph. Bad connection dropped call and when I called back recording says not a working number.
