This is a scam.  These people call hoping you will fall for this and give them the info they are asking for, and if you do you will be charged for various things involving your copier.  When I received a call from this rude woman asking for my model number to my copier I laughed and told her I would not give her that info, and she hung up on me, so I called the number back, which was 562-361-7586 and first time she picked up and hung up on me, so I called back again, this time she didn't answer and I got an automated message saying "the magic jack customer you are calling does not answer and to leave a message" don't fall for it or you will be sorry.

Just got a call from this number. The lady on the other end said she was with "costumer service" & asked for the model number of our copier. I asked what comapny she was from. She said CDC then I asked to be removed from their calling list.
I always tell telemarketers to "remove me from your calling list." I've worked at a few call centers & they're required by law to remove your number from their system & end the call without further discussion.
