I recieved to missed calls and 2 weird voicemails that sounds like a club/dance setting in the background. These were sent at 1:20am ad 1:25am on a Sunday morning. Thank God I sleep through the calls.

Got a call from 562-884-8379 saying I won a $1000 gift card from Walmart. Didn't click on as they requested. What would happen if I did?

It seems that whoever is sending this scam text had them sent out on April 15 in the evening, My scam text came in at 9:31PM PST. Same as others, I received a text from this number (1-562-884-0937) on April 15, 2012 at at 9:31PM PST.
The text said "Your entry last month has Won!! Goto http://PrizeBestBuy.com and enter your Winning Code: 5555 to claim your Free $1000 BestBuy Gift Card."
I am usually fairly alert to these idiot's attempts to get me, but the name brand "Best Buy" in the text almost got me! I was lucky, my son (who is 12 btw), stopped me from responding!

I just got the same txt from this number. Had me curious at first b/c of the Big Prize Giveaway's on FaceBook , however, I've never posted my phone number on there. I tried calling the no# back & it doesn't ring & says the person doesn't have their voice mailbox set up yet.. JERKS! I wish we had a NO txt list as well!!

I got the same text , I replied the F on them and if opu go to the website put any number and your still a winner , THIS IS A BIG SCAM don't do it ,

This is the first time I ever got something from this number and I hope its my last. They have no life and no respect for people time.

Got a text saying I had won a $1000 gift card from Best Buy via 562-884-0937. It's some sort of scam that's been going on for at least a year, but from different phone numbers.
