It's the Loras College phonathon number.  I called the school and asked.  They are soliciting donations from grads.

I graduated from Loras College, and keep getting calls from this number but like others they do not leave a message. I remember last year getting a call from them must be their phonathon time of year again as mentioned in one of the other comments.

Received calls 563-588-7634. No voice mail is left.  I nor my family has any relation with Loras College.

I also attended Loras College, and have been receiving multiple calls from this number. I have never gotten this number to answer or leave me a voice mail. Maybe Loras' phone directory was hijacked by this number.

Received a call on my cell phone from this number. They did not leave a vm.  My son DID go to Loras College so that would be a reason for a call from them, if it is indeed a legitimate phonathon.

Hi -  I receive this Call All the Time , as well .  I didn't go to Loras College though ?  That is why it is Strange. Nobody ever picks-up the phone when I call the number back ?

This number is a DBQ IA number, but I'm not sure why they call me almost everyday without leaving a voicemail.  I'm not answering if I don't know who it is.
