I just received a call from the same number.  I said hello twice, and heard nothing but dead air and hung up.

This is the number that showed up on my caller ID. It then switches to this number:
714-795-3100.
After I said 'hello', there was a delay and I said 'hello' again. An East Indian voice then asked me how I was doing.
I said I didn't want calls from him and to not call my home. I hung up.

These numbers have been appearing on my phone repeatedly for the last 2 weeks or so.
