This number is a landline on the Ohio Telecom system. It is located in Caroline, west of route 4 and north of 224, ini the are  of maple street

I just reieved a call from yhis number pressed #9 told them stop calling me person was very rude and kept avoiding my request to stop calling me i told him to go f himself!!!

Why are these crooks allowed to keep doing their business???  Where are the authorities to shut them down and put behind bars?  I am sure many are falling for this scam and giving away credit card numbers, otherwise those crooks would not have been staying in business for so long.....

Why don't the CC companies take some actions, after all it's THEM who end up paying for those scams, no?

As many of you know, "Card Services" uses many different telephone numbers to bother us.  They don't care about the Do Not Call list and it seems that the FCC is incapable of stopping them.  These scammers have been doing this for at least a couple of years and the fact that they are still operating is an indication that they must be getting enough people to respond to their scam.  Spread the word via any means you can to expose these people for what they are - criminals.

Same thing as the others.  Tried to call back and got a recording that kept saying I was number 2 in line to talk to a representative for 10 minutes. Gave up

I continue to get these calls.  They claim to be able to lower my interest rate on my credit cards.  I have explained that it would be impossible to lower it since I have no debt.  Then they hang up on me.  Other times I've requested to be removed from the list.  It hasn't happened.  This last time I just said "Stop F****** calling me" and hung up.

They are a scam.  DON'T EVER GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  Ask for their name and number and tell them you will pass it along to your accountant.  Or your lawyer.

Hey Folks, the Do Not Call list is essentially useless against these scam artists.If they call back,get a real person on the line and blow their eardrums out with a marine air horn!

I keep receiving calls  on my phone log with no messages.

I pressed "9" to talk to someone and told them to please" take me there list list" and the women said "why would i do that!"

My Ans. machine is broken.  So, when i'm not home, it just rings and rings.  These spammers cannot leave a message!  When i'm home, and I see a number like this with all zeros at the end I KNOW its a SPOOFED number.

So, I pick up the receiver just slightly, then return it to its cradle, just to break the call.  The ROBODIALING COMPUTER doesn't know if it got a non-working number, a cell phone who's owner hit 'ignore' or WHAT!

rECEIVE AT LEAST 3 -4 CALLS A WEEK FROM THIS NUMBER. DURING SOME OF THE CALLS, I'M ASKED IF I WANT TO BE TAKEN OFF THE CALL LIST, BY PUSHING A NUMBER. HOWEVER, THE CALLS KEEP COMING IN,  ON ONE OCCASION, I WAITED TO SPEAK TO AN ATTENDANT AND WHEN ASKING FOR INFORMATION AS TO WHY I WAS RECEIVING THESE CALLS THEY HUNG UP.     PLEASE ADVISE.

Is there someway we can reverse bill them for taking up our time?  Maybe, even some way that we, as a group, can bill them?  We could give the money received (yah right) to some charity. :-)

I had spoken to twice to people at the above number.. They want all my credit info yet won't tell me a thing about there company even when you appear to "want" their services..Yes it does come up randomly as Seneca County, Attica Ohio but no way to confirm anything about the company. Must be a pass thru from another country fishing for our info at the very least.. when pressed by me they always hang up...do not call lists are worthless if the people move around a lot or constantly change numbers....just ignore any "unknown, unlisted, 00000 numbers etc.!

These scam artists are actually more clever then you might think. According to the woman I spoke with at the FTC several months ago, the FTC has been trying to shut these fools down for quite some time. The problem is that they use untraceable cell phones, spoof numbers and could care less about a DNC list. Some are even originating from outside the US (big surprise ...NOT). Do not answer the call if it comes from someone you do not know. If it is a legitimate call...you will get a message and you can call back if you choose. She advised not to swear, scream or otherwise engage these losers. The more you answer, the more they will call. I have a uniden phone that allows me to select the ringtone for entries in my contact list, I just enter them and use ringer off as the ringtone. They can call all they want and I don;t hear the incessant ringing. Eventually it stops...until they get a new burn phone and try to trick you into answering. Don't. Pond scum need to be disinfected.

About the vulgarity problem, wimps are always tough on the phone or in their car.

Received robot call from "Rachel" at this number today, 9 January, at 12:55 pm.  Pressed 9.  Indian-accent speaker started asking questions.  I asked company name:  Card Services, Orlando, FL.  I asked how I could get "Rachel" to stop calling me.  He said send them $790.  I asked whether he meant I had to pay $790 to get them to stop calling me. Answer was yes.  I said this is "blackmail."  He then hung up. Yes, my number is on the do-not-call list.  "Rachel" of "Card Services" hadn't called for a week or two, but for a while I got calls at least twice a week.

Automated with caller ID "UTICA, OH". I pressed 9 and was transferred to Nisha, who said Experian placed the call and forwarded it to Cardmember Services when I pressed 9. She asked to verify my home #. She estimated my credit score and said I paid on time with interest rate over 12%. I got tired of pumping her for info and hung up. Checked this board and then called the Attica OH non-emergency # listed here to report the scammer.

They call from different numbers, but it's the same scam.

I JUST GOT THE CALL AND PLAYED ALONG. THEN JUST AS I WAS ABOUT TO READ MY CARD NUMBER, I BLASTED AN AIR HORN INTO THE PHONE, THEN I LAUGHED, TOLD THE GUY TO F@$K OFF AND HUNG UP.
DON'T GET MAD, HAVE SOME FUN WITH THEM. TELL THEM YOU HAVE THE CARD READY AND THEN JUST GO SILENT AND SEE HOW LONG THEY WILL SIT THERE TRYING TO GET YOU TO TALK.

This evening I got a phone call from the number 567-248-0000 and he said he was from Visa-Mastercard and wanted to lower my citi card interest rate.

Just got a call from these jerks but always check caller ID before picking up, let the answering machine pick up and they hung up. Been getting these type of calls from other numbers also and same thing happens...These freaks need to get a life especially on New Years Eve!!!! Thank God for this site when I looked up the #.  Happy New Year!

Guess do not call list means little. Do these lowlifes ever get fined?. Does anyone know someone that really looks forward to telemarketers bothersome phone calls?
An industry made up that has absolutely no usefull contribution to our country. Congress make them go away! Check that, congress is in the same category. Maybe the FCC can do their job?
