Received message from Miss Ford to call this number.  No reason given. Has a very firm and forbidding voice. It would make one think there was an urgent problem. Glad to be able to learn online that this is not legit. I feel sorry for those who would call back thinking something was alarming and needed to be addressed.

Keep receiving a call from this number with a lady calling herself miss Ford and supplying a file number.

"This Miss Ford from the ERS"

They just keep calling and hanging up
