This is the third time this number calls me.  once I answered and there was no one on the other end and I hung up.
The 2 other times I had a message and when I played it, there was nothing on the message!  it's annoying and I don't know who they're and why are they calling if they don't want to leave any messages or talk back when you say Hello...!??

I got numerous calls from 571-214-5430.
Male computer voice asked if I have a small dog. I researched this number and learned that others have been harrassed by this caller, too, with the possibility that if a person responds "yes", there may be a way the harrasser gets money from the respondee.
I called my phone service. They were very helpful. They added call screening for free and I blocked the harasser's number.
The police weren't helpful; they wanted me to come in and fill out a police report. Doesn't make sense, in that I'm blocking the harrasser from calling me, so I doubt the police would be able to track the calls.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past few days... its a guy's voice asking "do u own a small dog. say yes or no. when u answer he hangs up. it is odd that i get this call in spite of registering my number at donotcall.gov. Its a sheer violation of federal laws and encroachment of one's privacy.

i would be really interested in being part of the Class Action lawsuit against this company.

Repeated calls sometime 2Xday from this number starting with "Do you own a small dog"  always clicks off (at least on answering machine) before anything else.  Caller ID says it's a mobile number.Going on for several weeks now.

Got a call.... "Do you own a small dog?"  I was taken off guard thinking of my mom's dog and said "yes"...stupid me.  Then I tried to call the cell phone number back and got a recording saying the voice mail hasn't been set up yet and it disconnected me.  I tried 3 more times and same thing.  I had a feeling that this was not right and I got on my computer and found this site.  I will not answer these types of calls in future.

I've gotten calls from this number at my home and cell.  The recorded message asks if I like small dogs.    Very annoying.  I'm on the do not call list.  Can we put a stop to this?

these idiots or idiot calls me almost daily and when I try to call back,  i get a message saying this person is not taking calls.  What can I do to stop this?

I have gotten 3 calls so far, all leaving a message on my home phone asking "This is Survey 2010, do you have a small dog?"  and there is silence after that.  I got two of them on my phone today alone.

Same as others  Caller asked me if I had a dog, when I said no he hung up.. Sounded like it was a computer generated message this has happened 3 times in the last 3 days

Yea, I've been getting this message on a regular basis now for about a month. Can't someone track the signal on the cell phone when its on or something. I'm not that tech savvy to figure out how to track a cell phone signal. I think the cell phone just has to be on to be able to track it. I don't know if 5712145430 is the number that calls me, because I get "Unavailable". But they do say "Survey twenty-ten....Do you own a small dog?" in a highly irrItating and grating fashion. Is it some kind of joke or something? Or the person just wants to frustrate random people in the universe. Or maybe the person doesn't know its happening. Like they are on vacation in France and "accidently" left the "machine" on that randomly calls people. Whatever that "machine" is or does or why it might exist, I don't know.

It's a scam. They want a recording of you saying yes so they can splice it into a recording saying you're agreeing to things for them to bill you. Do not answer.

Why can't this  number be stopped. It  is  a wireless number
and the company to which this number pays it's bill should
have the number disconnected.

We've been getting the same message a couple of times a day, several times a week for a month. I've complained on the FCC site, but have no idea if anyone is doing anything about it.

I got a # of calls, so I called the #'s above to complain about it.

I've registered a complaint with the FCC about this phone number, and that is evidently the only thing we can do. The number is a cell phone in Washington, Virginia, but the Virginia Atty. Gen.'s office says they can't do anything unless we can provide the company name. I explained that the caller is only identified as "Wireless caller" and that nobody has been able to discover who is behind the robo calls.

I will now try my congressional representative and see if she can do anything about this.

have new phone system that can block unwanted calls: no more dogs, no more time share, no more 800's what am I going to do.

I get calls from this number every day. They go to voice mail and I can hear them hang up without leaving a message. Idiots.

I have been called repeatedly from this number over the past two weekds, and when I try to return the call, I get a recording that says that the party I am trying to reach isn't accepting calls at this time.

About 2 or3 weeks ago I received the Wireless caller call w/ number 571-214-5430. I did answer Yes as i was caught off guard as i guess they wanted, and have been so worried ever since. I called Free credit report and requested all in the  Family credit reports. What in the Heck is wrong with these folks. THEY WILL GET CAUGHT!!!!Don't mess with Texas!!!!!!   I definitely will be part of any Lawsuit against them. Catch these suckers-Please.
