Contact her cell provider.  They can probably block the calls.  Or put the number in her contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  That won't block the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.

annoying...they keep calling my 9 year old's prepaid phone and when I answer to tell them they have a wrong number either they hang up or it is just dead air.  

I am just glad that they call when my daughter isn't home because I don't need her to deal with this.

Got two calls from this number now and no one ever answered. I can hear background noises, sounds like music, I called the number back but the line was busy.

I received a call from this number today as well, but I was sleeping and am expecting an important call so I looked it up. Seems that everywhere I look, I'm seeing the same responses as the ones above. Should I be worried?

they keep calling me as well and when i hear the message its just background noise! how do i get them to QUIT calling...

Same song, different verse.  Received call at 7:45 PM. No one on the other end of the line.

These guys have an office in my city. I might drop by and see what's up. I'd love to settle whatever debt I have, however, I'm not going to pick up the phone or call them just to be verbally harassed.

I keep getting calls from this number and 434-533-9052 both say PG and  both dont actually leave a message just back ground noise the numbers are unlisted but are from Virgina.

Received call at place of work. Caller said it was Pennical Financial. Never heard of them. Hung up before more info could be gathered.

Called on 12-14 and left a message which is only heavy breathing.
