I get a call from this number at least once a day. When I answer, they don't. If I don't answer there is no message. How can these calls be stopped?

I have black list on my cell. Black list saves the number but the call dosn't go thru. It's a great app.

I have received several calls from this number and they never leave a message. It shows on my caller ID: VA, USA 571 349 7794. I returned the call and it says that it is not in service?

This person is harrassing me and calling me at least twice a day and at 10:00 p.m. at night saying that I won a prize of so much money and they want $495 dollars.

Consistant calls, it's seeking voice to answer for voice recognition database, file of your voice.
I change to sound like a cartoon character. Throws em off a bit.

Was called this morning, about 11:07AM, 1 december, 2012 from 571-349-7794. I answered, they said "Hello" after a delay, then disconnected after I said "Hello" repeatedly. (Are they testing to see if someone is at home??)

I received this call several times in a week. Let it roll to voicemail, but they do not leave a message. The last time I answered and hear someone on the other side how muttered something incomprehensible then hung up. I called back the number and it says no longer in service.
