I've also been receiving dozens and dozens of calls from numbers like those above (including 571-632-0661 as noted above) for weeks now. Finally picked up to tell them to leave me alone and the guy was extremely insistent that they weren't selling anything, "simply notifying you of a drop in auto insurance rates," and then harassed me for personal information.

got 5 calls from (571) 687-5249, one from (571) 632-0661, one from (703) 549-1347 and one from (703) 977-1917...  ALL from VA and ALL today!  What the hell???  Stop calling my cell !!!  Let me know if y'all find out who these JERKS are that have nothing better to do than blow up my cell phone.

They keep calling and when I ask who it is they hang up real quick. It has become annoying....

I received a 2nd call from them today. They said they weren't trying to sell anything but wanted to talk about auto care.

Got calls by both numbers.  Answered the 571 one twice and no response and they hung up.  The worst.

Got one today 571 and it was somebody trying to sell insurance. Got 703 yesterday and assuming it was same bunch that you can't understand.

I have had the same experience as the other three people who have posted here. Both hung up when I answered.

Same thing here, today and yesterday. Both the 571 and the 703 number.

Had the exact situation.  I got called an hour ago from this number and yesterday it was a VA 703 area code.

This is the 2nd call I've received from VA. Yesterday, I received a call from 703-977-1917.
