I got the same call. No message was left. 5:04pm on 4/16/08

Got a call last night at 8:00.  Didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.

WTF.  Me and my buddy got the same call yesterday.  Mexicans

Got a call myself on my skype line, left a VM but no sound.

Got a call on 4/15/2008 on my cell; didn't answer.

I got this call at 12:47PM (MT), it's from South Bend, IN.

same missed call - we all have cell phones in my house, so we dont have a lindline. The kids have pre-paid "sprint" (virgin mobile) After reading all of the postings some of the common factors are-
a lot of our phone  numbers are unlisted,
cellphone providers are selling our numbers to 3rd parties
or they could be getting the number from something we or our kids filled out- for example- "college related" maybe?

HAVE FRIEND THAT WORKS FOR A VOIP SERVICE- WILL SEE IF I CAN HAVE IT CHECKED THRU THEIR COMPANY AND EVERYBODY NEEDS TO REPORT TO FCC- INFOR IS IN PREVIOUS PAGE DO NOT CALL LIST WILL NOT HELP, BECAUSE IT IS NOT A US NUMBER.

Yup live in Boston MA - sprint fone got it on my cell too - when I called back it says this number isnt reachable or sumthin no message left just a missed call - o well only got it once

I also got a call from the same number, at 4/17/08 8:51pm cst, but I was unable to take the call, no message on my answering machine.

ok well lately my frineds and i ahve been getting the same call we are locals to that number. we area ll from south bend,in where the number is coming from. the creepy thing is that this number keeps calling people that we all know. the number called me, my friends, and the mothers. the even creepier part is that we p=only got shallow breathing or no tlaking at all.

Recieved this call on 4-17-08 three times in a row on Sprint cell phone. Missed call all 3 times, and when I tried to call it back, a recording told me that the call could not be completed as dialed. It is my area code...

These fools will one day be sued and in trouble with the FCC.  They wasted my time with a stupid message that I couldn't understand.  T

I got a call from this # on 4/17 at 7:48 CST - did not answer.  My cell phone said the call was from Indiana.

Missed a call from 574-990-9898.  Didn't hear the voice, since I didn't get the call.  Kinda glad after reading all this.

I received a call from this number in South Bend, IN on Thurs. April 17. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. A reverse search didn't help. I can't find anything about this number except what is posted here.

i got a missed call from it, and when i called back i discovered that it's international. weird.

Both my mom and my dad recieve a call from this person (at&t) on tuesday, then my friend got the same # that called her (verison) on wednesday and while we were discussing it my other friend said the same number called her mom (sprint)on wednesday and she had actually picked it up and it was a recording of a spanish speaking woman.  VERY ANNOYING!

Ok so as of the middle of this month cellular providers released users info to an open market for telemarketing. if u want to have it removed you have to call the federal trade commission at 1-888-382-1222 (TTY 1-866-290-4236), from the number you wish to register. this will remove your number from the list follow the prompts on the automated service it is very self explainatory, TTYL have a good day and glad to fix peoples problems.

I got a call from the same number at 8:23 Pacific Time.  Didn't answer.

received call today around 8pm, didn't pick up

its actually an international # from Columbia but spam none the less. that explains how it is displayed on your caller id. only in texts are U.S. numbers start with a + sign. and even then they are accompanied with a 1 at the begining. if it was really a call from South bend IN, it would have shown as 1-574-990-9898. i live in Seattle, Wa and have received the call more than once.

I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, so I let it roll over to VM.  No message was left.  From previous posts -I'm glad I didn't answer it!
