I had fun with the Microsoft Tech with a thick accent (from India maybe). He thought I was on my computer. He walked me through the steps only for me to tell him my screen is blank. He repeated the steps and I told him my screen is blank. I yelled at him accusing him of breaking my computer and he hung up.

Received a call from  this # and he told me he was with window's and there was something on my computer that was very damaging to the computer and he needed to walk me through deleting it. He then asked if I had my computer on and I said NO and he said can you turn it on and I said NO, He then wanted to know when he could call me back and I told him he couldn't. Really, Window's would know my home phone # and they would have someone call me that can't speak English.
