Just an e-mail from them stated I owe 996.00 if i don't pay it would amount to over 3500.00 dollars hilarious who are these clowns? i KNOW  IT'S A SCAM

Got the same email everyone else is getting.  Back in November/December I was getting call all of the time starting at 6am and going until almost midnight some nights.  Stating things like we will see you in court and you owe this debt or else.  Always someone with an American name with very broken English.  The last message I got from the the person stated "they were going to kill me".  I lost it.  My husband started calling all of the numbers they were calling from and bugged the hell out of them.  Calls stopped, until today with this email.  So frustrating because I have never taken a pay day loan and really don't want this harrassment!!!

Got a call from this person. Using American names but no good American accent. Threatening me the law and all that stuff. C'mon people. Don't get mad at me when I don't believe you and start threatening me. They told me that the police were coming to my house and arresting me to put me in prison for life. I asked them where I lived. They told me I knew. Yeah I know where I live! Do you know where I live? Apparently not! I'll believe you when I see a docket sheet for court in the mail.

i also received numerous calls and lthey left messages. i saved all of the messages and i  will also save the emailn i just got. i will call police dept and complaint. DO NOT CALL OR RESPOND TO THIS SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They also send emails threatening a law suit.  With the call back number  1-585.326.0000.  I called them up and told them I worked for an Assistant District Attorney and they told me to "lick their balls".  They sound like middle easterners.  I told them to enjoy making 15 cents an hour and that I would piss on whatever religious scripture they use.

ACS INC has sent me two emails concernig a debt i owe.One was in Feb.and the other today 5/7/12.This is a scam. I have notifried the FTC and appropriate agencies in my state.THe email in Feb had a phone number in California.The one today is in New York.The attorney general office in Alabama told me to just delete the email and do not respond to it or call the numbers.

I also have recieved the same email saying I owe 963.00 I have filed a complaint with the US Trade comission and will be filing one with the State Attorney General this is ridiculous and these people are desperate to get peoples money. They have some of my personal info so I will put a alert on my credit just in case these imposters have something else up they sleeve!

I have been called by 1-800-290-5898 for months now and I do not accept the calls and they do not leave a voice mail. Today I received a e-mail stating the same thing that others have complained about. They are threatening to sue me for almost $4,000.00 unless I pay a 953.00 amount within 48 hours. The email came in as ACS Inc. and yes when I did answer my phone the person was from the far east and could hardly speak english but was threatening to do all kinds of things to me. I have talked to my attorney and he said just ignore it. I have also contacted my local TV station and they have contacted this company over a year ago and then the calls stopped.  Now they have started up again

Jennifer from payday loan yes said I can fax over the contract you have just to verify .  You said I have 48 hours so please send me a contract over A.S.A.P. to look at it so I can send it on to Jennifer and my dad.    I work for my dad now.
 
It is now Monday, April 30th and I 'm just now herring from you on email.. I called and left a message 4/24/12.
 
Please send me something over through email and I will pass it on.  If everything looks fine I will pay what I owe

I had the same thing happen to me a while back and they had american namesa but broken english... Saying i owed a payday loan which i never got so i told him to send me a bill and he got very irate saying he will come to my job.. He said that i will go to jail its crazy cause he knew all my information, like my bank info and social secerity number.... Then all of a sudden the calls stopped... Now i get this email from ACS Incorporation saying i owe a loan for 998.65!! I looked them up and its another SCAM so be careful if you get a email from them...

If you notice they always call at the first of the month with this garbage.  They want your debit card no.  Really!!!  They make me laugh when they call, they always have american names with their broken english accent.  I haven't heard from them in a long time, now they are back. This time I got an e-mail from them, I wonder how they got that.

Claims to be debt collector from payday loan that I did NOT have.  Threatening messages asking for attorney info. and saying "God Bless You and Good Luck".  Speak VERY broken English.  Gives American/English name with STRONG middle-eastern accent.  ie: Officer Mark Reneiecen, Aaron Thompson, Mike Davis, Michael Davis, Shane Harris, Shaun Harris, John Adams, John Rogers, Eric Williams .  Threatening jail time,  ?a bad situation unfolds?, court fees.  Sometimes claims to be from "All American Financial" or "Federal Dept. of Justice."  Claims to "download" a subpoena..arrest warrant...law suit..going to arrest me at work...meet me at courthouse...must have my "retained attorney of record" call as soon as possible. Sometimes has the nerve to say ?God Bless You? or ?Good Luck?.  HILARIOUS considering I actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net. I called CashNetUSA and they stated that this was a scam.  They have NO information on me whatsoever. Call cell, place of business..and anyone you may have listed as a reference on an online payday loan or anything else....from years ago! Gave him the # to my attorney....the Better Business Bureau....became irate. Also give number to local police fraud division as attorney?s number.   Using female ?Kim Stewart from Jaffe and Jaffe Law Firm? claims to have sent legal documents to a gmail account.  So silly! Officer Chris Williams from law firm of "Cyber Crime Unit".  States supervisor will be arrested and interrogated as well!!

Have filed/reported complaint with State Attorney General's Office, ACS Inc., IC3, Credit.com, this website, numerous other scam alert websites and anyone else who will listen, it is actually VERY comical now.  My co-workers and I enjoy listening to the voice messages or "playing along" with their script.  "We will arrest you at work." where do I work?"  "You know where you work."  Complete IDIOTS!!

Has now started sending ridiculous emails to a rarely used gmail account. States to call 408-663-9405 if I don't want to go to jail, but that I'm going to jail because I won't pay.  Horrible, broken english.  Obviously a botched attempt at a form letter/email.
