This person is a scamer and all they want is you to give them money or they say you can go to jail and your SS numnber is blocked to leave the country and blah blah blah. How many arabs are named austin jones or Robert Brown. Give them your lawers number and that should take care of i. That's what I did.. It is f***ed up tho because they do have your info and they could really mess your life up......

I ot the same call It was scary because they had all my info but I guess thats easy to get. But it is a scam.

Also I forgot but he had my ss number and my work # and my friends names and he said my dads name funny thing tho my dads been dead for over 30 years and he tried to say this guy was alive. The man also threatin to send the cops to my house for some reason I waited all night but no cops showed up ofcourse I wish they would of I would of felt better. Would I waste my time if I ot a lawyer??

i got a call from 585-331-8545 from a officer austin brown. Funny thing was he was some kind of arab. How many arabs named Austin Brown? This is some kind of scam they theraten you with the cops by say n you commited some kind of ident. theift. He said I had a bank in 2/09 and I know this to be b.s. because I have had no account for over 2 years.

12:33pm received call from Officer Robert Brown with Law Enforcement Investigations.  A few minutes later a friend called and said she spoke with Robert Brown who said I used her name a a reference.  She was asked to pass along a message to me.  He told her as soon as she did she would be taken off of the case. I used reverse directory but all that told me is that the number is coming from New York.  Since I have not applied for anything especially anything that required a reference in the last few years, the fact that he has friends numbers makes me very suspicious.

Called stating his name was Michael Walters and that I'd better call back immediately, He said he was with Law and Investigation Dept.  It's a scam. Also using 415-366-9597. Other names are Robert and James Austin.
Says that it is extremely important and that I better call or my attorney. They will call you 4 to 5 times days very annoying. They need to get a life and stop trying to scam people. Very heavy accent cannot understand what they are saying.  If it was really a true company and not a scam you would think there would be an american there that spoke better english. They need to get a better day job and stop scamming.

Todays date 1/25/2010 @ 3:30pm, a man called and left a message on my answering machine saying I am under investigation and it is a very serious matter that he couldn't discuss right at the moment but if I call him back very soon he might be able to help me out.  He was Indian I believe, he could barely speak English, I had a very hard time understanding what he was saying.

I got the exact same call 5 times today. You can tell its a scam. They left me 4 messages today 2 came back to back and then just now two more came. Dude messed up on his script and I swear it was two different guys. I'm not too worried about it.

Todays date 1/21/2010 @ 10:08 am, Man by name of Officer Brown called my cell phone and stated he was with Dept of Law and Investigation and he needed to have me contact them back it was a serious matter concerning me and was serious and time sensitive. He instructed me to call phone number 585-331-8545. When I called the number it rang 5 times and went to busy tone and then the call ended.

Received call From Officer Brown on 01/21/2010, he stated he is with Law Enforcement and Investigation and that the call was serious and time sensitive to return call to 585-331-8545, When tried to call back rang 5 times and then went to busy tone then a dead line call was terminated.
